Villa Dolce

Our group wanted something refreshing after walking around at the mall, so we dropped by this place. I was worried at first with the low reviews, but we actually had a good experience.They had a good number of flavors despite it being late at night: Watermelon, Strawberry, Mango, Coconut, Taro, Vietnamese Coffee, Cookies & Cream, Chocolate, and more! They didn't have sample cups, but they gave us spoons so we can get a bit of each flavor in our cup and try. One of the machines ran out, and they were awesome at refilling it when asked. My top 2 flavors of the night were Watermelon and Taro. Coffee flavor was good too but it was late so I didn't want to get a lot. And I'm usually a fan of coconut, but that flavor tasted really artificial here. All in all, the frozen yogurt was good. Toppings were good; some fruits may not be as fresh at the end of the day. It got crowded at one point, but they kept the line moving quickly. I would come back here.

Stopped by after watching a movie for some froyo. It's self-serve and tasted pretty standard. They had a decent amount of toppings. Wish they had a few more flavors/working ice cream machines. All in all, it's a nice place to get your sugar fix after some shopping in the outlets or seeing a movie!

Came here solely out of convenience, as it was a rather hot day at the Outlets of Orange. The two girls working behind the counter were extremely stoic and handed us bowls to fill up without saying a word. They didn't offer us sample cups (I don't even think they offer them), so we just filled up the bowls with various flavors. It would have been nice to try before we bought, as I didn't realize the yogurt texture would be as watery as it was. Unfortunately, there weren't many yogurt flavors, as several of the machines were out of service. The toppings were pretty standard and some of the fruit (like the mango) was underripe. All in all, pricing was on par with most self-serve yogurt places, but I definitely prefer the more popular chains over this place.

Visited on 05/28/22 for the first time. Located in the Outlets at Orange mall.Was very thirsty, wanted a boba drink, saw a place that sells boba, why not stop by and buy one. I ordered:- Taro Latte w/ boba ($4.95)TOTAL W/ TAX: $5.33Menu was a bit confusing in my opinion. The employees were okay but not excellent. The boba was very soft and very watery. Overall 3/5 - would not probably come back to this place since there are several other boba places with better quality.

The lady working there was extremely nice and attentive:), I was just browsing the menu and she came up asking if anything was wrong . After ordering the Mano Tea, she came went over to where we were sitting down and gave the drink directly to us :)

I chose the cookies n' cream and it wasn't that good. I added crushed Oreos for texture and they were stale. The brownie cube I added was stale, as well. Skip la Villa Doody and get yourself Yogurtland.

This place seems to have been around for years, at least 10+ since I started coming regularly to the Block, er, um... Outlets of Orange.I'm not into fancy flavors of yogurt. I prefer to add my favors with topics. But this place has a good mix of regular flavors with newer non-traditional flavors. I miss being able to add your own toppings, but we're still in COVID city so they have to add them on top for you. It's just not as fun because you can place the cookies where you want them in the cup. Not a deal breaker, but just looking forward to helping myself again.The service is as you would except, although they tend to be on the positive side more than negative. Yogurt machines can get dirty, even with regularly cleaning, just simply because kids are, well, kids. I do like eating outside and people watching after a movie. It's just a nice relaxing way to kick back and chill for a while.

05/20/22 Villa Dolce was an awkward experience. First off we have the Service. Simply put, it was bad. It felt as if the guy working the register didn't want us there and was trying to rush us out. Both of the employees there looked miserable, like they didn't want to be there. The only reason we decided to buy something was that the girl welcomed us in, but that's it. Nothing else. Service: 0.5/5---------------------------------------------------------------------The whole vibe of the place was also wierd. There was no music, no talking, no sounds which was strange to me as it was a Friday night at an outlet. I felt like I was being monitored the entire time. Both my girlfriend and I got anxious just being there. Environment: 0/5---------------------------------------------------------------------Other than that the frozen yogurt was decent. That's it. Nothing special. It was a bit too watery though. Flavors I Got: Horchata:.0.5/5 (Too Sweet) Chocolate: 2/5 Viet Coffee: 3/5 (Surprisingly Good) Total:2 Cups About $18 ---------------------------------------------------------------------My Overall: 2/5 (saved by the Viet Coffee Flavor) Unfortunately I won't consider coming back and will travel an extra 25 minutes somewhere better.

Came in thinking it was real yogurt, it wasn't. It was more like a really thick icey than a yogurt. The flavors just tasted artificial and was not worth the price in my opinion.

Absolutely terrible service I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !! The 2 young kids that helped my boyfriend and I both had terrible customer service and both looked miserable/didn't want to be there. We also were not greeted when we walked in & walked out. Also immediately after paying they both sat their lazy butts down instead of helping other customers.
