Solid no frills place and perfect for a rainy day. Quick service and Loved the bun Bo hue and asian mom approved! There is a large parking lot so easy to find parking but fair warning it can get a bit hectic.

Foods decent. Bun Bo could be better but it's alright enough. Got the appetizer plate . Recommend that!! Or get just the banh khot on its own. WORTH IT.The shaken beef is a little on the sweet side but still good!Good price for the food.

This place great, featuring authentic Vietnamese food. Service is adequate, pretty normal. It's a casual spot that is great for groups. Everyone gets the Banh Xeo. I'm also a fan of their rice and pho dishes.

Vans bakery was always there for me during some hard financial times. The greens always fresh the banh xeo can easily be re crispy if you throw it in the air fryer for a few minutes! Love this family owned business! Always great prices and always feeding the community ♥

I love this place for authentic, family-run Viet food! My Viet parents and grandparents love it here too, so you know it's good. The food is incredibly affordable, huge portions, and always fresh and delicious. They always include a gigantic set of veggies with your Banh Xeo. I've had the Com Tam, the Banh Knot, the Bun Bo Hue, the sweet potato fries + shrimp, and their banana-leaf wrapped dessert/snacks that they sell on the side. Always delicious and authentic tasting; I always recommend this place to friends and family.

After living in Georgia for so long, Vietnamese restaurants there just have the basics. Finally after 13 years, moved back and my family brought me here to eat. The very first thing they asked was what I'm craving. I been deeply ACHING for the crispy Bánh xèo...Vans is known for so many good dishes but their Bánh xèo is the main Star!. Savory rice pancake that's popular in Vietnam. The name refers to the sound the batter makes when it's poured into the skillet. The pancakes are made from rice flour, water, and turmeric powder, and can also be called Vietnamese crêpes. Traditionally served with fresh lettuce, herbs, and a dipping sauce. The dipping sauce for southern-style bánh xèo is sweet and sour, made from fish sauce, lime, chili, garlic, and sugar. It also comes with boiled shrimp, pork, sprouts. The menus I attached made it seem small but it's quite large seemed.. like 8-10" long. Must have this We also ordered vermicelli and a side of fried shrimp and sweet potato fries..Sadly they weren't crispy and were cold! Heard thar it's not usually like this. They also sell various beverages and leaf wrapped rice (savory and sweet)Prices are great and though a bit of a trek from Los Angeles, I'd totally make the drive just to eat here again. Parking Is in a plaza but when it's busy can be full, street parking is available in neighborhood.

If it was possible, this would be a 0/5 star review. The sticky rice in the bánh chưng is raw and and hard as a rock.

Cannot skip this restaurant anytime we're in OC. Quick service , yummy food, reliable and reasonably cheap. Have fun to see Latinos speaking Vietnamese fluently. As always, bánh xẻo and bánh tôm Cổ Ngư are the main feature. Plenty of tables and people having good time to enjoy food. Fun to eat in here.
