I have been to Urban Plates a few times before but not this location until recently. We had a wonderful experience here and were really impressed with the service provided by Eric. He really put in the effort to describe the food options and helped us pick which dish was best for what we were craving. He also made an effort to check on us throughout our meal.I have always enjoyed Urban Plates because the food is tasty and fresh. I recently purchased their Plate Pass which gives you 20% off every order and I have to say, it is well worth it. I think most of their dishes are reasonably priced but the discount makes them a steal! Anything with the steak is excellent and one of my favorites is the Chimichurri Steak. Yum!

Decent parking plaza with some good American dishes using organic fresh ingredients. Seared Ahi Tuna Plate with balsamic brussel sprouts, carrots and beets with rustic bread.Rustic bread was surprisingly not hard. Brussel sprouts with the sauce had a slight salty taste. The carrots and beets had a nice crunch. This also comes with a side of wasabi and soy sauce. The seared tuna slice in my opinion with the Brussels sprouts in balsamic was good enough for me without needing too much soy sauce. Great vibes with some jazzy music. Definitely a family oriented place with some classy interior. I wouldn't say the prices are outrageously high but they're not necessarily that cheap relative to places nearby. Overall, good nourishing food in a good sit-down area.

Urban Plates is always a hit with my group, but this recent visit was made memorable by Eric and Olivia helping us out! Eric was super patient and helped my mom navigate the menu and gave recommendations in Vietnamese!? Price is fair, and plates range from $12 to $25. The food came out really quickly, and everything was well seasoned. A great option for lunches and early dinners. Super exited to come back to this location and cross paths with this team again whenever I'm in the area.

Clean venue with clean eating. Well balanced dishes made with overall health conscious and good ingredients. You order at the counter, get utensils/napkins and drinks, then get a number to bring to your table and seat yourself. A server will bring out the food and clear the tables afterwards. My family came here to try lunch and ordered the chimichurri steak, blackened salmon, seabass, braised beef and mushroom stew, steak sandwich and avocado bowl. The entrees come with choice of 2 sides and slice of toasted crusty bread. Sandwiches and burgers come with chips (upgrade to fries for extra charge). There are also a handful of vegan dishes too. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The sides we tried and loved were the brussel sprouts, red quinoa, fries, asparagus, and mashed potatoes.

It started with the person who took our order. She was so helpful and open to honest recommendations. I always appreciate that!I order the Surf and Turf. The steak was a bit plain but with a side or chimichurie sauce. It was perfect! The shrimp was tender and FULL of flavor! I went with low calorie sides that worked for me. The tomato soup was a bit in the sweeter side and delicious. I love the pesto drizzle on top and the crunchy croutons!The restaurant was very CLEAN! My favorite part about this place is the ability to construct a healthy meal low calorie, flavorful meal!That said the Chicken Tenders and Fried Chicken Sandwich look amazing and I'll be back to try that soon.
