This place only brings back so many sweet nostalgic memories, all the puns intended.Going to this spot during July 4th weekends was a huge risk with all the crowds, however the sensation of just taking a lazy Friday to stroll up and down the street searching for the next dessert was the cherry on top. LOLOLSuch a fun and playful spot to grab a snack and relax :)

Perfect place for a sweet tooth!I love frozen yogurt. I saw the Tutti Frutti and grabbed my partners arms, to drag him inside lol We sampled out the flavors and ended up creating two different masterpieces. The first combination we did was the pineapple and mango. This combination was super sweet and tropical! Similar to a dole whip at Disneyland. Yum! The second creation we went with was the double chocolate and the peanut butter. We wanted to try to create a Reese's pieces flavor and it came pretty darn close! That was fun mixing flavors and trying to create certain flavors. I also grabbed a white chocolate covered apple with Oreos. It was so tasty! I loved the white chocolate coating. The Oreos lost their crunchiness, but that is too be expected. It still has the great Oreo cookie taste. My partner wasn't nothing to do with my chocolate and Oreo covered apple lol That's fine, more for me haha :)

New owner offers excellent service!! Too Sweet is a great addition as they offer home made chocolate and sweet. I personally recommend the frozen banana dipped in chocolate. I love Tutti Frutti and visit almost every time I'm visiting.

I went there 20 minutes ago, I made my ice cream and also add the topics. Then I'm waiting more than 20 minutes to make check out. The employee work there he is busy, He has another customer, but this customer she came after me. But the employee he make the ice cream for her before me.And she's very rude and she took a lot of cops, I just throw away my ice cream, and I'm feeling mad of you. I never come back again.

I thought this place was pretty good. They're also going for the self serve concept that's identical to Yogurtland, but they charge you $0.35/ounce instead of yogurtland's $0.30/ounce. The decor is typical of other yogurt places that have been sprouting up - modern and bright. They offer 8 different flavors, but all were creamy except for the Tutti Frutti and Plain Tart flavors. The other flavors included cookies n cream, chocolate, vanilla, pumpkin, mango, blueberry, strawberry, and raspberry. Lots of toppings too - I got mine with fruity pebbles, almond slices, and sliced strawberries. I was surprised at how sweet my strawberries were - yum. The texture is on the icy side but it had a very light, fluffy consistency to it.

uhm... EWWW! paid 5 bucks for mine and i threw it away after 5 spoonfuls...i don't wan't to be mean but they have to fix their sh*t in here...first of all their frozen yogurt is so icy its like a slush.. you guys better fix that consistency or just make it a slush bar and put cups and straws instead it would be better for your business.... i got the mango, original tart and pumpkin pie. The mango has a decent flavor but its too icy, the tart is almost there but again its too icy! and then for the pumpkin pie (its the holiday season who doesn't like pumpkin pie) the consistency is better its creamy just like what i want but the taste? ugh! taste like when you throw up in your mouth and swallowed it again... i don't even want to think about it... probably the tartness and pumpkin doesn't go well together... i think i said enough... i don't want to ruin their business.. the place is well maintained i don't know how long have they been opened but once the summer kicks in again they will be packed but they should fix those things first! and yeah their price is kinda steep for 0.35 cents and with this quality.... since balboa island is such a nice spot for sure they will have customers but those people won't go back...

I went for an evening walk around the Island, afterwards I wanted to satisfy my sweet tooth This place is part of a chocolate store. Since Christmas was in a couple of days I opted for the yogurt vs the chocolates which by the way looked SO Yummy! I was offered a few little tasting cups I filled my cup with 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 salted Carmel topped with berries, a few chocolate chips and my favorite coconut!!!! It was so creamy and tasty. It definitely satisfied my sweet tooth!

This Tutti Frutti location wasn't as good as the one in Irvine. I had the tutti frutti and plain tart, but they were pretty runny. And they didn't have very many fresh fruit topping choices. I settled on some blueberries, strawberries, and mango pieces. The mango didn't taste ripe, so I mostly ate around it.The location is good, especially since we were having Chinese food next door for dinner. But spending $6.80 for two relatively small desserts that were just okay didn't really seem worth it.

Loved it, lots of options including some non dairy options, wide array of topping choices. The girl working was super friendly and helpful- A+ customer service. Not too different than most frozen yogurt places, but it was delicious and exactly what we were looking for.
