Tru Bru Organic Coffee

Organic! Light latte and a chicken sausage breakfast burrito on a drizzly winter day just makes the upcoming work day a bit more tolerable. The latte is light and the roast is a light roast. The breakfast burrito has a soft and fluffy tortilla and more sausage than eggs and potato. The avocado, lime, cilantro spread / salsa was a nice compliment to the burrito. It wasn't quite guac and wasn't quite salsa. The bakery case looks devine. Breads and muffins are their popular items per the barista. They have a seasonal menu and the barista recommended the chai latte. The matcha latte is ceremonial grade from Japan. This is located in an office complex. Follow the signs for parking and it is validated. Comfortable inside seating. However, there is common outdoor space which would be wonderful to linger on a sunny day. Service was excellent. This shop has multiple locations per my Tesla GPS and this didn't show up and I had to type in the address. Just FYI in case have trouble. Please come and create your own experience.

The Parking situation is annoying. They are located in a business complex that is very protective of their parking ...follow the signs that lead to the parking lot nearest the coffee shop and take a ticket. Make sure to get that ticket validated by your barista so you can leave.Parking aside, the coffee itself is said to be organic which I am here for! Coffee has a high amount of pesticides and mold, both of which can give you brain fog and feel sluggish. I buy organic cold brew at home and cringe when I am on business trips and drink normal coffee. I went out of my way to get trubru organic coffee.I had a large iced peppermint mocha and ended up paying over $8 because I also needed oatmilk. With a dollar tip it ended up being over $9. There is no way I could do that on a regular basis. The drink itself was nothing special. I thought it was OK but it did not wow me. I would go back if I am nearby 100% because it is organic and for no other reason. The baristas were okay, but not very friendly compared to what I am used to at smaller coffee shops.

It's my first time trying this place, and I loved it a lot more than I thought! I got the matcha latte with vanilla sweetener, the brown sugar shaken expresso, and the chicken pesto melt. I was super shocked when my drink was only $7 with oat milk and sweetener, so I think the pricing is not too bad. I think their quality is pretty good, although it's not very strong, but that may just be because I got the sweetener. The brown sugar shaken expresso is a sweeter drink, with a nice strong coffee flavor. Chicken pesto melt is super crunchy and the balance of flavors is great although the chicken is a bit on the dryer side. I can here to study and the environment is nice. Great lighting and open space with the large windows, I do not think it gets too loud as it's not that busy there are a decent amount of tables inside and out so it's a nice meeting spot. The baristas are super nice and came with a great recommendation. They validate parking although there is not tons parking. Right outside they have a small community area with more tons of seating and games such as pool and table tennis. All in all, I had a great experience here!

I always enjoy walking my fur baby over here! Coffee and the vibes are always great. The baristas are always so friendly and make a delicious cup of coffee and the food is tasty. Thank you!

Went back recently and ordered a "White Christmas" - one of their seasonal drinks. It tasted a lot better this time and it also seems like the price was more reasonable. Looking forward to seeing if the drinks continue to get better

Came her to get some work done before our Disney day. This place is a bit hard to find, as it is tucked into an area with a bunch of other business buildings. We went into the parking structure to park and walked in. Parking validation is needed, so we ordered and got our validation. Here is what we got:Strawberry Matcha: I got this iced and I thought it just came with the cold foam from an IG post I saw, but it does not. It had a very subtle strawberry taste and was not very sweet, so I had to ask for more sweetener in my drink. The barista did tell me that their strawberry sweetener is not as sweet as the others and was very nice about offering more if I needed it. Mango Smoothie: This was just a basic smoothie. It was very icey and not as smooth as a smoothie would be. Flavor was there though!Chicken Pesto Melt: This was pretty decent. We had a choice of either potatoes or salad, so we obviously chose potatoes. The sandwich itself was really crispy and burnt on one side. The flavor was still good, but I wish it did have a bit more pesto sauce. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and salted. Overall, this serves as a great study spot or place to get some work done. We managed to secure the only table that had an outlet. I suggest charging up before coming here, but there are definitely lots of tables where you won't able to fight to get. I signed up for the rewards and it seems you get a free drink upon signing up. I hear there is a closer location to home, so we will visit that one!

A very modern spot with inside parking that you'll need to get validated. They have a t.v. outside with lounge chairs. Ping pong. Other outdoor games. The walk inside is a very spotless clea. Space. They offer all organic food and beverages. We had the breakfast burrito. Very delicious. The coffee They serve is super good. Inside and outside seating as well.

This location is in the Commons. You have to get a ticket to park but they will validate it for you.It has nice big windows and is bright inside. The employees are nice and the store is very clean. I like Tru Bru and everything they stand for, they're just missing a house made almond milk or a Good Mylk. They make really good drinks and snacks, I highly recommend checking them out!

LAVENDER SCONES- not Lebanese ‍. I still love this place. I really just wanted to correct my spelling and since the review was done a while back I couldn't. Anyway, if you're in the area definitely check this place out. The lattes are delicious and so are the pastries.
