Tru Bowl Superfood Bar

We saw this place when getting breakfast at Mama's 39. The images outside the shop looked good. We came the next morning and ordered a shake and acai bowl. Both were so good. Service was pretty quick too. They also had great music playing.

Went looking for desserts and drinks after a long day of shopping. I was Yelping and noticed this spot was fairly new with only one review. Why not try something new?!Parking: Plenty of free parking. They're located in a big plaza, so finding a spot is easy.Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with very limited indoor & outdoor seating. It's really clean inside with cute decor.Service: Shout out to Alisa! She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations! She even gave us samples of açaí bases. Although we initially wanted açaí bowls, the drinks really appealed to us. Alisa also recommended some popular drinks for us. Throughput took 10 min after ordering.Drinks:1) The OG - This included peanut butter, banana, chocolate plant protein, oat milk, cacao drizzle, & topped off w/ peanut butter crumble. I absolutely loooved my drink! It surprisingly wasn't too sweet! I will say the chocolate does overpower the peanut butter, but it was still good.2) Bro Rogan - This included vanilla whey protein, strawberry, banana, peanut butter, creatine, mushroom blend, almond milk, mashed strawberry on the bottom, & topped w/ peanut butter crumble. My bf also enjoyed his drink! I took a sip and really liked the strawberry bits on the bottom.Pricing: We thought it was worth it, especially for the sizes we got. The only feedback we have is having more straw options. The straws they gave us were the only ones they had. They were extremely small, in terms of diameter, for the large drinks we got.

I never leave reviews but I have to for this place! We got two açaí bowls, both delicious! The guy waiting on us, I don't get his name, but he was from Jordan. He was so nice. Gave us a few samples and was really friendly. I wish I lived here. I would be a regular!

I was craving an açaí bowl and originally planned on going to my usual spot in pacific city but they were closed Wednesdays and I was really bummed-- still wanted a bowl so Tru Bowl was the nearest in the vicinity and looked good so me and my husband went to check it out. The store was near closing hours but the server (who also happened to be the owner) was very welcoming and accommodating. He gave us samples and really took the time to have us experience everything and they were all delicious! I normally am basic and settle for just açaí bases but this place had a plethora of tasty options and it's safe to say it's our new go-to açaí spot. I don't plan on going anywhere else now and it was so good I ordered another bowl tonight via uber eats! Still super delicious and the owner is so kind and generous! This açaí bowl is top tier in the game.

The best smoothies ever! My favorite is the OG--perfect for peanut butter, banana, and chocolate lovers. It tastes even better than a milkshake, but with clean ingredients and only positive benefits. Highly recommend this place! The staff is super kind and always helps you choose something you'll love. I come here a couple of times a week and crave their smoothies every single day!

If you haven't, you should! I tried Tru Bowl for the first time and let me tell you!! Stop in and try it yourself. It is much better than Banzai bowl. I give this place an A+ all around great service, tasty and affordable.

Non frozen base options maple oats, 3 types of chia, 2 types of yogurt. About nine varieties of fruit toppings including banana, blackberries, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, canteloupe. About 10 dry topping options including hemp seeds, dried goji and cramberries, and two types of coconut. Syrups including date, agave, peanut and almond butter.

Outstanding bases and by far the best acai bowl i've ever had. Right when I walked in I was greeted with so much love. Mohammad and Qais were lovely. The atmosphere in this place is definitely eye catching. I soon found out these two are brothers and are owners of this establishment. I ordered the sunset bowl and the color and presentation definitely caught my eye. No other location I know grind their own peanut and almond butter but here. This place will definitely be my go to spot.

Ordered a pro bowl online and when I arrived it wasn't ready yet cause the worker accidentally missed the notification. He apologized and and offered me a smoothie on the house which I really appreciated. It was an açaí smoothie and it was delicious. Appreciate the customer service and the drinks and bowls were great!

Love this place, definitely the best açai place in HB!! Undefeated. Mohammed is the sweetest ever by the way!!
