TRADE Marketplace in Irvine is a lively food hall located in a popular plaza alongside favorites like Ortoro Sushi, HiroNori, Book-Off, and Subway. Although the plaza has a mid-sized parking lot, finding a spot can be challenging, especially on weekends. I visited on a Saturday at lunch and noticed cars circling for parking, and unfortunately, there's no convenient street parking nearby.Inside, TRADE offers a wide range of dining options with something for every craving. Here are some highlights:Center Hub - The bar offering drinks to pair with your mealPrestotea Irvine - Refreshing tea optionsMito's Doner Express - Mediterranean-style doner and wrapsLondon Chippy Fish & Chips - Classic fish and chipsOlyvoyl Bread & Grill - Great for Mediterranean flavorsRicebunn - A unique spot for onigiriThe diversity of cuisines here is fantastic, covering everything from desserts and vegan options to European and Asian-inspired dishes. There's also an ATM in the hall, which is helpful if you come across any cash-only spots. There's ample seating with a mix of tables and chairs, and the atmosphere was calm during my Saturday lunchtime visit, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, TRADE Marketplace is a convenient and enjoyable spot to sample a variety of foods, although be prepared to hunt for parking during peak times!

I am obsessed with Trade Marketplace! I just tried it out for the first time this evening and was totally impressed. At first it seems small, but it wraps around and then the entire shopping center has a little something for everyone. Inside the marketplace they have Boba, Vegan Burgers, Ramen, various desserts, a bar with TVs to watch sports, an area with a bunch of claw machines and much more! They have plenty of seating too. The parking is free, but does fill up fast. I went at an off hour and parking was fine, but I think later in the evening it fills up a bit more.

I did not know the Trade Food Hall even existed. I saw Bao Chick on Instagram and wanted to try it. The parking was easy to find but limited on weekends. I came on a Friday afternoon and it was not busy. The place is bright and airy. There were plenty of seating. I love that there were a variety of food stalls to choose from. I ate at Bao Chick and Sen Thai. I wanted a drink and walked to close by Chewie Mallow. They have Thai, chinese, turkish, Japanese, and British food. What more could you want?!

It's a bit randomly hidden but such a surprise! Check it out! There's a variety of vendors, many offered us samples. They were all very nice. We enjoyed the variety and ended up eating lunch here. Options vary from boba tea, American donuts, kebabs, onigiri, thai food, vegan burgers, fish and chips, a bar... etc. Large open seating with natural sunlight. It brightened up the whole place. We would def return if we were in the area again!

So I've been to quite a few food halls and this is a mini version of that with absolutely terrible parking. If you can, carpool with your friends and try to go in the middle of lunch and dinner rush then at least you might have a chance at getting a spot. Also when I went you didn't interact with anyone, every booth had ordering machines outside their stands. They do have a few different options to try (vegan, noodles, dumplings, ect) and sometimes there's samples that pull you in but most of the food is just okay. The dumplings from chicciety were the best part as well as the ube cream cloud from Prestotea. It the perfect ube flavor without being overly sweet. It was a fun experience but I definitely don't need to come here again.

TRADE in Irvine is a cool spot for anyone looking to enjoy a variety of dining and retail options in one convenient location. The are a selection of restaurants for every palate. Parking is easy and there are plenty, but I've been here when it's almost impossible to find one. Center Hub is definitely one of my favorite places to stop by. Especially after our company softball games. We meet up for a quick bite and a few drinks. So far all the staff at the eateries have always been friendly, making the experience that much better. Overall, a must-visit spot in Irvine.

A good variety of food options and good service but very dirty dining area. The high chairs need to be power washed or replaced.

These food halls started popping up 7-10 years ago and I'm just not too impressed. There are a lot of choices, but nothing that enticing or healthy. Also, really really overpriced with small portions. More like a hipster place to be seen and pics for IG, but for actual dining, it really falls short. There's lots of turnover for eateries as well. Business does not seem great. These food halls are not my first choice for dining that's for sure.

Decent spot to go, but a for a food hall, it was limited in variety of Asian genre compared to our plazas you can go to nearby. The parking felt tight and was not easy to find a spot when we checked it out. We had tried one of the Thai vendor and the boba spot. It was so-so as the vendors really didn't care if you ordered or not. We even had to wait a while at the boba spot for them to attend to our order. It was an outdoor space like everywhere else - had a decent vibe with comfortable seating.

We enjoyed this pop-up event ... Fun vendors, delish foods and The Trade bar was so cool. One of the best Margarite's , ever! It is a small space, they were able to pack quite a few lovely vendors selling their ( some homemade) goodies. I bought some wonderful hand lotions as gifts. They had jewelry, doggie treats and very pretty candles, just to name a few. We loved The rice balls that were stuffed full of flavor... and margaritas and IPAs... The homemade cookies were very decadent. It was a fun couple of hours on a Saturday....
