TP TEA Irvine

We've heard about this place last month and have been coming quite often to try a variety of drinks. Ever since our favorite boba spot closed, we haven't been going to boba places in Irvine, but this one is definitely a new favorite. The tea quality here feels very high so if you focus more on that, this is a good spot to check out. Prices may be a bit high but worth it. Wait times aren't too long either and you can also order ahead online.Our favorite drinks are:- Four seasons osmanthus milk tea: light but the tea flavor is amazing- Tieguanyin: very rich tea flavor- Mango fresh milk tea- Strawberry MilkIn terms of toppings, I would say their jelly and pudding work well with any drink. The QQ noodles is pretty interesting too (it's like gummy worms in your drink). However, I was not a big fan of their boba (a bit hard) or their limited time chewy oats which is a bit expensive ($1 topping) and feels out of place.

Irvine has so many boba shops in OC and they are new ones constantly popping up in the city and I recently checked out TP Tea and it did not disappoint!You order via kiosk when you walk in and they have pictures of all of the drinks they offer and they have plenty of options ranging from milk teas to fruit teas to specialty drinks like their tornado drinks.I was eyeing their matcha tornado and wanted to see how it compared to how Omomo does it and it was good! I got it with 80 percent sugar and they blend matcha with their crème brulee and it was a sweet treat. It was a little on the icy side so I'm docking a star but otherwise I enjoyed it. Service was friendly and they had my drink ready in less than five minutes. There's some seating available inside and it's well-lit. I will be back soon to try their other drinks when I'm in Irvine and recommend coming here!

overall score: Aorder:strawberry milkthe strawberry milk was really good and to me, it was nostalgic. it is the ideal taste of a strawberry milk smoothie and i would get it again. the boba was good and the drink tasted good. service:we ordered on the self kiosk and drinks took awhile to come out. store was pretty empty too but the wait wasn't too bad.ambiance:the inside is really nice and they decorated it for valentines. there is a lot of space and the design is minimalistic but clean.

Golden osmanthus tea w added boba. The Bobo was nicely chewy, but had no flavor. The tea was good although I like something more floral or fruity. What come back again to try something else.Has only a few tables inside so not really a place to hang out w a group. It was busy w lots of online orders so took Self-order w kiosks available.

TP tea has a big menu and it's very customizable. I just had the mango iced tea with aiyu jelly at 30% sweetness and less ice. At first I thought it was a little too sweet, so definitely do not get it at 100% if you're not into super sweet drinks. I loved the aiyu lemon jelly in this drink. I do wish that they had used less ice, even though I ordered it with light ice, because I was left with a lot of ice when I finished my drink. It looked like a regular amount of ice so I wonder how much ice the norm is. That being said, I'm happy that they filled the cup up all the way.My husband said his passion mango smoothie was good. I like how they had an option to make it caffeinated/non-caffeinated and whether to add milk or not.

This tea shop is way too convenient. On sunny days, my coworkers and I would take a walk and then we would end up at TP Tea for a drink. It took me a while to find the right drink for me. I'm usually a pure tea person with a cream top that that will usually do it for me. However, what I really like a TP Tea is their 3Q milk tea. It comes with boba, noodle, and coffee jelly which has a very nice caramel flavor.I stopped by in 2/2025 and they had a seasonal special... black sesame. I love black sesame anything! I tried the black sesame milk tea with cube jelly. It was excellent. Very light and refreshing. I'm coming back and ordering more before they change their seasonal menu. Parking is easy. I usually order on the Toast app and then come pick up. Limited inside seating. Pick up service is easy. Please come and create your own experience.

ORDERstrawberry milk smoothie (5/5)SO SO GOOD and perfectly sweet (i got 80% sugar). the boba here lacks flavor, but the texture is good and they give a good amount. ive tried other blended drinks here in the past and the consistency is always perfect. the teas here are very fragrant as well. very well rounded boba shop.SERVICEwe ordered on the kiosk, but were welcomed when we walked in. efficient service. AMBIANCEthere's always a lot of parking available. there are seats available inside.

Only been to the Diamond Bar location and was happy to find this tea shop at Irvine too! The drinks taste the same and is on the sweet side so we always get 50% sugar. If you don't like too sweet I'd recommend 25% for the drinks belowCream cheese foam mango with tea: all you mango lovers this is a MUST ORDER. Treasure Taro Milk Tea: quite good. they use real taro which is rare to find and doesn't taste artificial

Average tea house nothing special, not many unique choices. Wish there were appetizers/pastries. Tea is strong so thats a plus. The best one was the thai tea brulee one. Pretty fast service and clean interior, no restroom.

I never knew there was a TP tea tucked away in a small plaza near diamond jamboree! I've always been hesitant to try it because I heard the one in seattle wasn't that great. I got the treasure taro milk tea with boba (50% sugar, no ice). It's not really taro milk tea, rather regular milk tea with taro paste. The taro taste wasn't super strong. Once you shake it you can also see it's more tea than taro-- I wish there was a bit more taro paste. But their tea is really good and fragrant so I didn't really mind. The pudding in the drink is super yummy. The pearls are also good! The store has tablets for ordering and service is fast. They have so many different options and I'm excited to come back to try the other tea flavors!!
