Food was amazing, the amount of flavors that are packed into a sandwich alone was impressive. Fresh ingredients, great serving sizes, and customer service was awesome.My family of 5 stopped by this cozy spot after spending a day on the beach. We were starving and everything we ordered from here hit the spot.

I have driven by this place so many times and have said that I need to try it out. Today was finally the day and it did not disappoint! Got the Cedar Club, Caesar Salad, and Fries. Everything was sooooo good. The fries taste like in n out except thicker and wayyyy better. The Caesar salad was perfection and didn't have a fishy taste which I'm normally worried about with Caesar's. The chicken in the salad was also so good and a must add on!The star of the show was the cedar sandwich. I'll be craving this everyday for lunch. Absolutely delicious and I loved the toasted bread. Overall we loved our meal!! Highly recommend.The person helping me order was super nice and seemed really happy. The place is super cute too has a surfer vibe to it. Love this spot!

Decided to try Tidepoole's for the first time and unfortunately it was a disappointment. I was in the mood for a good breakfast burrito and saw lots of pics of the Wakey Wakey so I decided to order that with sausage. Unfortunately the guacamole was non existent, boo. So that was a little disappointing as I paid $15 for a breakfast burrito with no guac.. the rest of the burrito was just ok.

This place is the bomb. I usually do not go for Tuna Melts, but I was craving one, and this place knocked it out of the park. Had solid flavor and great bread with a nice crunch to it. Well done! I told them to surprise me as well with the tuna sandwich, I was thoroughly surprised and blessed, man. Service was top-notch and very welcoming as soon as my wife and I walked in! Great location and a small little shop to easily hang out and chill out with some friends after getting some coffee from Vacany. Parking is a bit of a struggle, but still a solid option for a lunch break and chill!

Arrived here just before lunch so after a good coffee down the street at Vacancy we knew we needed to get sone lunch to bring to beach. I have forgotten the menu names but I got the pastrami sandwich..really good, plenty of quality pastrami. The source out was closer to a coleslaw but very good. Wife got the wings and they were delicious. Looks like it run by a couple who appear to be locals. They take a clear pride in their food

Super chill place! Ambiance was very Beachy and you can tell this is a place for the locals for sure. Love to support small owned businesses - sandwiches and fries were fresh made and they had beer on draft! Everything was clean and location was right on PCH.Mama's: They Don't have a changing table, but there is a furniture piece that you could totally use if you were desperate. Service was super fast and friendly as well! We will definitely be back- tons of options on the menu, I even spied amazing breakfast burritos on the menu!

It's about time. After driving by this Newport Beach gem dozens (if not hundreds) of times I finally had the opportunity to stop by for lunch. Tidepoole is well known to both the locals and tourists of Newport Beach. Their storefront is front and center on PCH, so it's truly hard to miss. I stopped by today after attending a nearby yoga class and grabbed a bite to-go. Their menu was straight forward, with options like sandwiches, pizzas, light sides, etc. I ordered the Charlie Sammy: sourdough, pesto, artichoke, provolone, tomatoes, and arugula. I also paid extra to add chicken as protein. The meal was delicious and served with a sliced pickle. The restaurant was close to empty, but I bet it stays jam packed during the summer months. Despite the slow season, parking is still tough. You'll find street parking available in the nearby residential neighborhoods. Luckily it's a nice walk, so don't let this small hiccup keep you from visiting!

I live in the area but have never been here. Went for a walk on the beach this morning then decided to get lunch here since we were hungry and had some time. We were greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly and went through the entire menu with us. She recommended the tuna sandwich "her way" which my husband ended up getting and I got the breakfast burrito because there was a customer eating one and he absolutely recommended it. We also got an order of fries which were delicious. We loooved our meals and definitely plan on coming back!!

This place feels so perfectly Californian I would use this spot to show friends from out of town what So Cal vibes are. Situated right on coast highway with windows to allow the ocean breeze in while you enjoy your food is the best. Almost everything has avocado or guacamole, which is my kind of place. We shared a club sandwich and wished we had room for more food. The bread wasn't over toasted where it cuts up your mouth so we got to enjoy our food without having to be cautious. The guy helping us was super friendly and we talked a bit about summer, the food, and the crowds this year. Overall, we wish we could be back already!

Cool little spot! Good food close to the beach, friendly staff. Theres a guy there that is either the owner or the manager that is truly amazing. Our group was from four different locations around the globe and he asked where we were from and instantly he could tell us about where we were from even down to cross streets. Was amazing and very engaging. Food was great but the personal interaction was unparalleled. Definitely recommend.
