Really poor reservation planning and food. Owner asked "what can I do for you" upon arrival-rude. We were seated 40 minutes after our reservation. Poor tasting pappardelle. Calamari included cocktail sauce vs marinara sauce. Too Sweet, sweet potato mash-inedible. Really excellent service. Great bartenders.

Horrible host! The host has the absolute worse attitude and customer service. Not sure how a host can be so mean, rude and doesn't care one bit about his customers. We had reservations for dinner, party of 4 (celebrating a birthday) and he sat us in the bar! I'm sorry, when I make dinner reservations I do not expect to be seated in the (loud) bar! We said we like to wait for a dinning room table and he said, "no, bar table only table we have(with worst attitude)."When you make a reservations you should be given the option/told if sitting in the bar or dinning room-QW, please make this change on Open Table. I have lived in NB my whole life, never coming back to QW and have many family members feeling the same way, QW not what it use to be! QW became famous from a reality show and now entitled, rude attitude and horrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and choose another NB/CDM restaurant for a more pleasant dinner and customer service.Looking at other Yelp reviews, looks like we're not only customers with this horrible mean experience!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - AVOID THIS PLACE!My friends and I were treated terribly by "Nathan," who claimed to be both the security and the manager of this establishment. He falsely accused my friend of saying racist things--completely untrue, as no one in our group even spoke!It was clear that Nathan's actions were rooted in his own prejudice. He refused to let us in without any valid reason and instead made baseless accusations to justify his discriminatory behavior.This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Until they address the toxic and unprofessional conduct of staff like Nathan, this place does not deserve anyone's support.

I arrived this evening with my two girlfriends. As a long-time resident of CdM, I support this business by ordering lunches for my children at CdM High School. However, the manager has informed us that we cannot enter QW this Friday night without paying a cover charge just to listen to 20 minutes of music. Additionally, on February 28th, this manager yelled at me on the phone when I asked to see the band, despite being a long-time resident and supporter of QW. Very upsetting!! No more lunches!! From QW!!!

Came here tonight as a surprise dinner date with my husband. We drove past it a few weeks ago on our way to the shake shack and I told him about the iconic RHOC fight that happened here. Anyways time to discuss the RESTAURANT. We got luckily and parked right in front of the restaurant. We both got a drink, the crispy cucumber and ice breaker. Both were delicious. We both got the short rib and loved it. 10/10 would recommend! Came out and plates were still steaming. The short rib was cooked to perfection, cut easily. The mashed potatoes tasted awesome with the sauce. And then we tried the bittersweet for dessert and it was delicious. Def would get it if you have space for dessert. Small place with good attentive service and live music which started around 8pm

Wish I would have gotten a photo of my steak! It was cooked and seasoned perfectly and their martini... just wow. One was enough for two people.Make a reservation, you won't regret it.

I have to admit, the only reason I wanted to come here is because the restaurant has been featured on the real housewives of Orange County several times.The restaurant is located on Pacific Coast Highway and if you blink you will miss it. It was surprisingly small but cozy. We came on a Friday evening around seven. The bar area has open seating and we were able to get a table right away. The waitress was very nice and took our drink orders immediately. I had the spicy margarita which was delicious. No housewife sightings but we had a great time and will definitely come back for dinner because the menu looked incredible.

Came here for a girls night out. We went there in hopes to run into some housewives but no luck. Our waitress, Tiffany, was great too. She took our drink orders quickly and even recommended some drinks to the girls in our party. She even took our orders after we got enjoy our drinks. They do not disappoint with their alcoholic beverages. I ordered a Paloma and most places water the drink down...not this place. I had to ask for extra juice to mask all the tequila in the drink. But it was yummy!Our group ended up ordering the QW salad which is like your very own salad bar. They basically give you a bowl with your greens and the dressing to your choice/liking and put all the toppings (broccoli, bacon, mushrooms, carrots, bean sprouts, croutons, and chickpeas) on a Lazy Susan. All the topping were very fresh and the croutons were seasoned really well. They were not too hard, just right. For my entree, I ordered the Short Rib Pappardelle. First off, the short rib was so tender and flavorful. The pasta (pappardelle) was cooked perfectly, not soggy and more on the al dente side. The carrots were on the harder side and I wasn't much of a fan but the food was still great. If you are looking for a cool night out with friends or a date night, I definitely recommend this place. They do have a band who plays during weekends but make sure to get there early because it does get packed.

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of CDM. Very small so it can get loud in there. There is live music, which gives it a cool vibe. Food is good enough. The service was amazing !

Iconic local favorite for a reason. Fantastic and diverse menu that is actually really good! The best part is the live music and groove. The awesome long time band has always been the best part of going.They always rock the place and create a​ great vibe.
