Old school sports bar, probably hasn't changed in years in the best way. Amazing burgers, great prices and ice cold beer. Lots of tvs for football, which is hard to find in CDM. Hopefully this place never changes

Feels local, food was great, and service was the reason I'd come back! Charlie was my bartender/server and he was very attentive to not just myself but everyone as an equal- you can tell he loves his job! The atmosphere is definitely one you'd find at a fun local sports bar with lots of TV's and even some games. Overall, a great visit- would recommend to any locals or people stopping in the area for a quick bite or to catch a game + drinks!

Great food and and games to watch on the multiple screens..Great local place to visit and hang..Lived here for over 30 years and keep coining back.If you wart a killer menu and great service with a cool atmosphere, then go there, 'You will not ne disappointed,

If you're from CDM, you know The Place is an absolute staple! Make sure you ask for Charlie when you get there - he's always takes care with quick service and a good time. Hard to get this in CDM. Also, it has every sports game on you can imagine. Definitely plan on going here with the wife in the future

Walked in on a Sunday afternoon. Hopping to find a new local dive bar. This was not it. Definitely felt like the moment we walked in every one was like who are you and why are you here. Beer was stale /flat and honestly tasted bad. Thank goodness they were only 6.50 each we drank less than half and left. And honestly we won't be back. No need to with the attitude we received from the Sunday female bartender with the blonde pixie cut. It's a shame too because we would love to find a spot we can be regulars at but this definitely won't be it.

It was a drive up PCH on a Sunday. We stopped here for the coveted amazing Cheeseburger. It was actually not bad. Filled with a bunch of men talking sports and swapping war stories at the moment. I am big on people watching and this place served up enough of that to satisfy my apatite . Lots of Tv's, dark and very odd rooms all over the place. Glad to see that even this area had itself a good old fashioned dive bar that serviced burgers in red plastic baskets still. We managed to find a space in the uphill parking that which almost seemed out of place in town. Honestly, I was more excited that we unexpectedly drove past the new Oppenheimer Group office a few blocks away. Yes.. I am a fan!

Maybe one of the most disgusting & dirty places-don't know how they still exist in Corona Del Mar? Very dirty. CDM has enough places with money. Let's put a new bar spot up already. This place is disgusting and has not passed tests or anything for that matter. The bartender Sam is horrible. The "place" IS absolutely ready to have a classy establishment, with normal people in Corona Del Mar.

My friends and I stopped by for some burgers this afternoon. Our bartender/server, Nick, was very friendly and so helpful. We ordered Cheeseburgers, the Famous Flame Burger, fries, and onion rings. Everything was delicious and hot. Also enjoyed some beers and wine. Great place, great prices!
