WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I didn't really want Flame Broiler but everything else in the parking lot, including the market, had NO parking. Now I know why the parking was wide open in front of this place. I ordered a bowl and the man behind the counter asked me a question and I didn't anything but the word onions. So I told him I didn't hear the first thing he said and he rudely says "That's your problem." I was shocked so I just stood there a second and turned around and told him I'd decided not to order. He said "Your choice." Needless to say, I won't be back. Plenty of better places to eat in Lake Forest.

Ok this place is way more worthy than 3 stars... I'd say a solid 4.5. Rarely any issues with our orders. We order a vegan tofu bowl at least once a week. Employees are all friendly, prices are super reasonable for organic food and portion size. The bowls are legit delicious. I try to avoid the other locations to come here bc the tofu is always cooked perfectly and veggies are fresh.My only complaint is on the rare instance we've had an issue with our order management was not helpful, they only offered us 10% off the next visit or to drive back to the store that night and replace the order... but we order here so often and the cashiers are so nice I feel they deserve 5 stars anyway. If management reads this : for mess up orders you guys should offer a comp next time, it just makes sense.

Two Words, FOOD POISONING! It's hard to write this review because I am a huge flame broiler fan. I frequent multiple locations in the O.C area, however my last experience at this location has me on a 7 day and counting diarrhea trip. On Thursday 8/26/21 around noon I got my usual chicken bowl no rice all veggies add onions. By 7:00pm that evening I started to experience stomach cramping, nausea and the chills which lead to the start of my seven day diarrhea situation. I thought that this would run its course but now on day seven I am forced to take a stool sample to find out what bacteria is causing this issue. Please be warned if eating here or if you experienced anything similar to this around the same time it should be reported.

They jacked up the prices. Way over priced and too expensive.$8.35 for a combo MINI bowl and $6.95 for a chicken mini bowl. The regular bowls are about $10.50.Trying to gouge because of covid.The mini bowls used to be around $5.50Not worth it. Stay Away!!!

Horrible attitude in the people working here. The last 2 times I've gone the same person was there with the nastiest attitude. The first time I let it go and figured maybe he had a bad day. After dealing with it for a second time there's no way I'll ever come back to this location. Based on the other recent reviews this seems to be a common problem.

Food taste awful, very poor customer service,very rude and bad attitude. When requested sauces denied any extra when I really bought two plates. Will not recommend this place because Lake Forest has a lot of better places who would appreciate your business. Customers deserve more respect and empathy. If they are not happy at their job please find something else. Will not come back. Sorry.
