Pretty mediocre in my opinion. Food was adequate, host was not very friendly, server was meh,checked on us half way through eating and I needed more salad dressing, so by the time I got it I was 2/3rds some with my food. Husband's chicken sandwich was SATURATED oozing sauce so it was unappetizing- had to only eat the chicken and bail the bread. Despite having all that on his plate server never bothered to ask if everything was ok.It's GOOD, just not great. I had to BUSS MY OWN TABLE lol. Just not the greatest service in my opinion - nice view but you know - I can buy a sandwich and go sit on the beach.Salmon salad was decent, just not enough dressing, dry lettuce not my fav.

Our The Deck on Laguna Beach experience was overall excellent.This was on 10/14/24 at around sunset. We had the perfect spot for early dinner for a family of 6.People are talking seeing it a very friendly and connecting space.Food and drinks were superb. These came out on time and tastes were awesome. We can't ask for more and can't wait to be back. Thank you.

I have to say we were walking around Laguna and stumbled into the deck... It's primarily an outdoor restaurant right on the water .It started to sprinkle as we were seated at our table . The waiters were frantically trying to get the umbrellas up for everybody. It was very nice. We enjoyed our grilled cheese, tomato soup and a delicious burger under the umbrella with the beautiful waves crashing in front of us. Sublime

My company had our holiday party here and the staff were great and very helpful. Located right on the beach, they have valet service and or street parking as well. The food was good and the bartender made sure our drinks were even better. I've also been here before for lunch and had ordered their clam chowder which was really delicious. Great for large groups, date nights and or parties w kids. Restaurant isn't big so you may have to wait. Overall, definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to eat at w an amazing view.

I had a wonderful experience during the summer at this restaurant. My dear friend wanted to go. Honestly, the food was incredibly delicious! One of the best meals I've ever had with the most amazing view of the beach and ocean waves. I love this restaurant and eating on the deck. I can't wait to go back!

A beautiful hidden gem that boasts a patio seating that overlooks the beach. Our service fabulous, friendly and efficient. We shared the Chinese chicken salad and the guacamole and chips. The salad had quite a tangy sauce that was amazing! (10/10). I practically licked my plate. The guacamole was tasty but small with a lot of extra chips (6/10). A beautiful day with a beautiful meal. Thanks! We will be back.

Stopped by The Deck for some cocktails and apps with my mama! We had fun enjoying the time together but everything else- from the drinks, food, presentation, service, cleanliness - the experience wasn't as great as I thought it would be... it is right on the beach so that was the big draw. We both got the Dos Hombres cocktail. I have been wanting to try the 'Breaking Bad' Mezcal for a long time and it was really good. Gotta get myself a bottle. Buuuuut for $17 the drink was just in a basic somewhat cloudy glass with a slice of jalapeño thrown in. Sort of felt like like a drink from a dive bar. We also got the hummus app because it was the only vegetarian item besides chips, and it was alright. The hostess and our main waitress were sweet but overall the vibe was sort of- snooty? I'm not sure how else to describe it. It was also pretty dirty, especially the bathrooms which seemed odd for this type of place too. They were playing 2000s throwback music which I loved tho!They have valet or you can try to find street parking. I'm glad I tried The Deck but with so many options in Laguna Beach, this is probably a one and done. Gorgeous view tho!

Service was great- nice place to see the sunset! Food and drinks were good!Definitely go and sit on the sun deck.

Went here on our hotel receptionist recommendation. Beautiful veiw and great food. Our server was great, and this may have been the best mahi sandwich I've ever had.If you come here order the mahi sandwich. Sorry no pics
