Britnie is so kind and sweet! She has wonderful customer service, I would definitely come back just because of her, the delicious ice helps too :) We showed up close to closing time and she still had such a great attitude, high energy- I appreciate the wonderful customer service she gave us. Shout out to Britnie, someone give her a raise! The ice was very flavorful- Mango combo was perfect!

The ice cream tastes milky and more rich here. Also the owner and staff are really friendly and nice. They gave me and my wife some extra ice cream to take home as a gift because we just had a baby. It was our first time! I love the black cherry flavor .Check it out and support this family business!

This place is so dangerous because it is just a short walk away for me. I love coming here. The employees are so nice and so happy make sure your visit is special. We love to come here to grab milkshakes. The milkshakes are amazing and super customizable. Every time I come, I try something different. So far, I have not been disappointed at all. Forget that I'm lactose intolerant. I'd be more than happy to risk my stomach problems to come here. Today, I decided to bring my pup since we were already out for a walk. To be polite, I did t let him actually walk around since it is still technically a restaurant. I got myself a milkshake, and the cashier asked if my pup wanted a pup cup, which was just shaved ice d and whipped cream. My pup was more than ecstatic to have the have it. I highly recommend coming here if you can.

Britnie is so amazing and sweet. The kids come here all the time and she always has the best treats. The kids get creative with their dessert. There are so many options from cotton candy, ice cream, and of course shave ice! A great place for families to have a treat and play games

The decor in this place is so lovely and cute. The worker was incredibly friendly and delivered our shaved ice promptly with an adorable spoon. I was curious to find a new place to get sweet treats from and am definitely happy for choosing The Creative Ice Company! Yummy shaved ice, great portion sizes, and delicious syrup! (I recommend the snowcap topping!)

In a kinda questionable area, I saw a homeless man outside resting very close to the entrance. Other than that the shaved ice was okay, lots of syrup, bordering on too much. The flavor combos are a little much, but whatever floats your boat I guess.

I have been SEARCHING for a good shave ice in Orange County ever since my obsession with it in Hawaii, but nothing else compares. Until now!When I saw it on my way home from work, I was so excited to try it, and it did not disappoint. Service was great and I loved the backdrop and balloons! So cute. The ice is sooo soft and melts in your mouth. I hate when it's icy so this had the perfect consistency! I also really loved the mango and lychee flavor, but I have to come back to try more. Strawberry was average to me, but I think it just depends on taste. I also love that they have ice cream and condensed milk. Cant wait to come back!

This is my first time coming here since I never seen this place before because I have been to 7-11 close to this area. Today, I got the shaved ice in kids size because the regular size is big. The shaved ice I got comes with three flavors which are blue raspberry, lychee, and strawberry. I also got the snow top alongside with sour straws. The flavors you can choose up to three flavors of your choice. The shaved ice was very light and not too much. Blue raspberry: the blue raspberry was delicious and pack with the blue raspberry flavor. I would give that flavor 5/5 since blue raspberry is my favorite. Lychee: the lychee wasn't bad or good. I couldn't identify the flavor of the lychee if it was good or bad because of the snow top. I would give it a 3/5 since I have tasted lychee before and it was an okay flavor to me. Strawberry: the strawberry flavor was delicious, not too sweet, not too sour but it was bomb. I would give this a 5/5 since it was honestly so good. Snow top: it is very smooth and creamy and it is sweet but not too sweet. I would give it a 5/5 since I love the drizzle. The service was excellent & employees are very nice and friendly. There is limit parking. The store has a great atmosphere, spacious, and clean. I would definitely come back here for their shaved iced.

Found this place on Yelp, my girls wanted dessert and we searched it up together while we were in the area. The service was quick as well. Cute little spot, as we walked in the Owner and staff greeted and instantly welcomed my daughters and I. Super friendly and nice, the girls got to try out every flavor just before ordering their ice cream. The owners wife came in, and she was super sweet, she made the girls fresh Cotton Candy and they were able to choose their own flavors. They approved! The flavors of their ice cream were really good, not overly sweet like most places. We are definitely coming back here and trying the shaved ice and the cotton burrito taco ice cream for sure!
