Great service, atmosphere and food! The prices are very reasonable. My favorite is the quiche.

I visited shortly The Bistro K after they first opened, mostly out of curiosity, and my verdict was, 'It's okay...' I hadn't been back since - until recently, when AR and I were feeling indecisive and looking for a late Sunday lunch. I'd mentioned The Bistro K to AR the week before while picking up a pie at Ball Park Pizza, which happens to be just across the parking lot. (They make great pizzas and one helluva pizza sandwich!)The soft lighting and rustic decor set the stage for a relaxing meal, perfect for a casual date night or small family gathering. Still not overly impressed, though I'm starting to think maybe Italian cuisine just isn't my thing. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with plush seating that feels cozy. Honestly, the experience was just okay for me. The presentation of the dishes was nice, the drinks were solid, and the service was excellent. We both enjoyed our meals, but I found the portion sizes of the Burrata appetizer and the Short Rib Ravioli a bit underwhelming, especially given the price. Bistro K is on the pricier side for casual dining. Expect to spend around $30-$50 per person, depending on your drink selections. We were looking for a spot to eat for my wife's birthday and coincidentally found this hidden gem of an Italian restaurant. It was last minute and they were able to take our reservation which was really nice. The other plus was that they had live music, which my wife loves. So it worked out perfect we came here for her birthday. I ended up ordering a special they had for that day which was the Osso Bucco. I will say that it was so delicious and tender. They hit it right on the spot. And the portion was huge. I almost couldn't finish it. All the food we ordered for my wife and kids was delicious. Their service was also on point. I really enjoyed this place, and am happy how welcoming they were to my family and I. I will definitely be back for their delicious Italian food and great service.

We love heading over to our favorite little spot bistro K... The food is always so delicious and the service is amazing . It seems like I always get the delicious fresh meatballs in marinara sauce with tons of fresh Parmesan cheese . They carry one of my favorite wines, Austin, Hope Cabernet. My girlfriend had the lobster ravioli and she said it was delicious . We wanted to sit outside, however it was a little bit chilly . so we got a very cozy booth, listening to all the great music. This is a local favorite that people just keep coming back to . It's a comfort place times 1000.

I came into Bistro K this afternoon because of a social media question inquiring who had the best coconut cake in the area?! This place was voted on over 'n over on that particular post so I why wouldn't I stop in to try a piece? Ha! Prior to today, I'd never been inside Bistro K, but it looks very comfortable with overstuffed chairs, dim lighting, and cozy ambience. The young woman behind the counter (Alicia?) was friendly and very helpful. When asked, said told me a whole cake would be cost around $60.00 (one slice is $11.85) The cake is light and fluffy with almost a vanilla mousse consistency for the filling and it's not overly sweet like some frostings tend to be. It's a very nice piece of cake. I would not drive to the end of the earth to get it, but it's nice to know that they're in the neighborhood in case we want another piece.

We visited Bistro K over the weekend and my family and I had a great time. The food was incredible, very tasty and flavor was great. I recommend the French toast for something on the sweeter side. Also service was great and they were very attentive. Overall, it was a charming restaurant, a bit hidden but definitely a golden gem. Thank you bistro k team.

the best, most authentic, absolutely scrumptious local italian place; the epitome of a hidden gem right here in laguna niguel.Mara, Andre & Chef Juan, all such professional & warm-hearted people you will have the pleasure of encountering in your day.i recommend the Bucatini Della Nonna, Ravioli in pomodoro sauce & the best tiramisu i've ever had! notice the sugar crust on a very generous portion & generous drink sizes as well.five stars all around! the italian hidden gem of south Orange County for sure. nothin but love.

Dropped by mid evening for dinner & to enjoy the live music Tricia is truly amazing!! We had a number of different people come to our table, unfortunately no one returned & we were left without refills, water. We would have ordered more & possibly dessert or maybe another glass of wine! The first one.....was never received?!? Oh that's right the bartender had a few & maybe one was mine?!? Clearly, we were forgotten......or ignored.Even our alleged server was sitting at a table visiting friends.....strange evening! Fortunately, the bus boys were attentive & helpful; they should be promoted, since no one else seemed to care or check on tables & guests.

NewIf I could give zero stars I would the way I was treated. I will add a photo I ordered coleslaw to go first of all they want $12 for coleslaw I said I'm not paying $12 for coleslaw. She says well at least eight dollars I said OK eight dollars and I gave her a dollar tip out of my generous spirit and I said light on the mayonnaise light on the mayonnaise to her and this is what I got. Mayonnaise soup coleslaw. They could care less Cause when I came back with it, they said don't come back anymore, and they threw it in the trash. Well, duh like I'm gonna come back they're very inconsistent. I ordered a ahi tacos completely dry as a bone totally dry. Next time I had it. It was acceptable. It's hit and miss if you tell them direct instructionsthey don't listen. Complain about it they they say don't come back so my best advice From this place, they're very unprofessional. They can't take criticism so look at the photo is total trash I'd be sick as a dog to eat this
