Thai Bites in Laguna Niguel is one of those places--an unassuming joint that cranks out consistently good Thai food to an army of loyal regulars.The Pataya dish? A masterpiece. Spicy, sweet, and layered with just the right balance of heat and depth--it's the kind of dish you don't just eat, you crave. The drunken noodles pack that familiar basil-fueled punch, the green curry walks the fine line between creamy and fiery, and if crispy Thai wings are your thing, well, you'll find few better.Here's the thing--you'll rarely see this place packed inside. But step back and watch for a minute. The takeout orders never stop. Bags full of steaming, spice-laden goodness heading out the door at a relentless pace. I get it. We order takeout from here about half the time ourselves, and somehow, it always holds up perfectly.Now, let's talk about the interior. It's... fine. A little outdated, the kind of place that could use a bright refresh to match the quality of the food. Not a dealbreaker, but a little love could go a long way in making the dining-in experience as inviting as the flavors on the plate.Service? Efficient. No unnecessary small talk, no over-the-top pageantry. They get you your food, and they do it quickly.So, if you're looking for overcomplicated, white-tablecloth Thai food, look elsewhere. But if you want something real, something damn good, you know where to go.

Worst service ever. The staff here is not friendly at all.If you go to the one in Laguna Niguel you will have the same food but served with a smile and without the side of "Attitude" that you never ordered. Laguna Niguel will give you the service you expect.The management at Aliso Viejo is to blame for the hiring and enabling the poor attitude here in Aliso Viejo. Years ago it was good too.

This is the first time visiting this place, the environment is so nice, and cozy, good to talk and enjoy the different choices they have. The portions are big, the jasmine tea very good. For dinner was a good experience, ill be back to check other dishes for sure. There's a lot of parking outside is a big shopping center. You should visit this place.

Price reasonable neighborhood restaurant.If you are looking for quick bite with good quality food, you would like to try this one.

I regularly come here every time I am craving Thai food, and I must say, every time it has been absolutely delicious. Food is always fresh and quick, and the service is always good, making it an excellent place to relax and dine. Also paired with a clean and cozy interior. 10/10.

The portion size is generous. The Pad See-Iew flat noodle with tofu was good, especially the tofu being on the softer side. Tom yum soup was way too salty. Katong Tong crispy wontons were sweet and not what we expected. They're like mini tostadas with puréed baby food on top.

One of the better Thai places especially considering its in South County. Although its a little pricey at least the portions are pretty generous. Panang curry is one of their better dishes. Unlike most Thai places, the beef is large stewed chunks instead of the usual thin slices. Also the pad thai is quite tasty with a variety of veggies instead of just the noodles. Decent size menu, not to many "ethnic " thai items besides the usual curries, noodles, fried rice etc, the dishes are well put together and the taste is pretty on point. I usually stop by at least once a month. Definitely the best Thai place ive been to down in this area.

Came here for lunch & ordered their pad-see-ew with seafood. PS: they don't have pad-see-ew in their lunch menu anymore so we paid the dinner price which was fine because of the generous portion. The dish was DELICIOUS. Service is friendly, accommodating, and quick. Ambiance is reserved & relaxed. I always recommend Thai Bite to my friends and family for wholesome Thai food! If you're ever in town & craving some delicious Thai food...come check 'em out :)
