Review is for Verve Coffee Roasters.A small coffee shop in a business center that sharing space with three other restaurants. I orderd their Decaf Spanish Latte which is espresso, condensed milk, and cinnamon. It tasted delightful, with its cinnamon goodness, sweet tasting, but not over powering. Kind of reminds me of a churro, but in drink form. The place is small, but the shared outside seating more than makes up for it. Very comfortable seating with a nice breeze.The service was great, not too busy in the morning, so I was able to have a small chat with the barista, which he was friendly and offered swift service.

Came here for our holiday breakfast and this place didn't disappoint. We had avocado toast, breakfast burritos and croissant sandwiches. They're so delicious. As for the drinks, the matcha latte with a pump of lavender syrup was outstanding. Our barista was so nice and gave a great recommendation. This place was nicely decorated for the holidays and we'll come back next time

I work at Amazon just next door and order here frequently. The staff are always so friendly, love that there is a rotating menu so I don't get bored. Everything I've gotten here was delicious and nothing is crazy overpriced. The place overall is very nice with ample seating.

We had a family brunch today and we were all pleasantly surprised and very delighted with everything about it. Such a hidden gem. Service, food , outdoor & indoor dining are all amazing. Lots of selection of food & drinks, from coffee. teas, healthy juices, pastries, sandwiches, salads, pizza and so on.It's tucked away in those pretty new office buildings by Laguna Canyon in Irvine by 133 & 405 junction. We had so much fun that we didn't even get a chance to take photos. We will be back for sure!Only drawback, is only open during weekdays and until 2pm.

Clean quick service breakfast and lunch place that's convenient for office buildings nearby. Lots of menu choices with different stations to order. Has comfortable and cozy outdoor seating with nice view of grassy area and blue skies. Compostable packaging available. Venue is also available for hosted events in the early evenings.

Beautiful location that is open during breakfast and lunch hours, and available for special events after hours. I attended a special event where the beautiful charcuterie board and beverages were prepared by Terrace Kitchen. It was nicely set up in their comfortable outdoor and covered terrace, so you can enjoy the nice breeze without direct sunlight.

The pizza was good on the spot. Not my personal preference since it was a bit tick and too hot to enjoy all the flavors. But I can't complain at $14 and being the only food in Spectrum Terrace. Service was quick since you can order directly on the kiosk.

This is a review specifically for the cafe. Rudy and Vee (hope I'm close to spelling your names right!) were amazing in explaining the monthly specials and extremely accommodating for our first time in this space. The banana milk latte was on point (which is hard for me to say usually as a Korean!) and paired extremely well with be espresso. My wife loved her matcha latte as well. Thank you both for an amazing first visit. We'll definitely be back!

Pretty nice cafe in the middle of new office buildings.Staffs are nice and prices are pretty good for what you get.Outdoor seats are nice, especially when the weather is nice.You order using the touchscreen monitor and get a ticket. You can get pizza or build your bowls. Everything is about $10.The pizza is pretty good and decent size. Crust is chewy and thin (=yummy) but you can taste the burnt powder a little bit, probably due to unclean oven floor. The cheese isn't stretchy and you can kinda see the shreds unmelted, not sure why.Build your own bowl is like fancy chipotle. Wait for your ticket number to get called and pick whatever you want from the bar. You can get spring mix, quinoa, butternut squash, pick your own dressing, get steak bites.

The setup of this "restaurant" is chaotic at best. You have to place your order with a kiosk and go to the correct area to pickup. The staff is in no hurry. They would rather talk to a few customers than complete orders.I watched the cook at "The Lab" burn 6 pieces of beef because he was talking. You can't order a soda with your order if you use the app.There is no one to help you. The food quality is very poor. Think of a crappy hotel breakfast buffet but for lunch. The pizzas are burnt yet undercooked, the burgers and grill sandwiches are super greasy. Just bad.
