This place is not only the best Egyptian food but the best Egyptian food you can find I didn't have this type of food in Egypt. This is the best of the best at its finest. It's authentic it's made right with love and passion. The bread is homemade. I've never had pita bread this delicious this is Egyptian food on a whole new level. The Koshary was to die for! The sauce everything was made to perfectionThe pita bread is made here fresh to order. You cannot find the bread anywhere.! I don't think there is enough words to Express the level of quality that is put into the food that is served here. Don't waste time anywhere come to this place and what Egyptian food should taste like. At the end, we finished it off with Knafeh and again nothing failed during our visit. This is Archie go place for friends family ourselves just wow I never thought I would experience something like this in Orange County.Thank you Taos 2 go for the level of quality and passion you put into your food! The BEST FOOD!

We were looking for a place open later to grab a bite to eat, and noticed this place had great reviews so we had to stop by!PARKINGShares a small lot with some neighboring businesses - no issue finding a spot when we went on a Monday eveningWHAT WE ORDEREDBeef shawerma fattahHalf beef sausage sandwichTHE FOODFirst of all, the smell was amazing! When it came time to take a bite of my sandwich, I was very happy with how tender and not too salty the sausage was. For the price, I think it was pretty adequate for satisfying a craving. The real winner for me was the shawerma fattah - the meat was beautifully seasoned and cooked, and the rice was flavorful and paired well with the roasted bread. The owner suggested we try the baba ghanoush and the fankoush sauce, and we were glad he did! The fankoush was sweet and spicy and was so wonderful with the meat.SERVICEHonestly, was blown away by how kind and welcoming the owner was. The first question he asked was whether it was our first time, and he gave us recommendations based on whether we liked spicy and how hungry we were. We chatted a bit about how they had just opened two years ago and how we found out about the place - super friendly! Our food took a little bit longer to come out since they were cooking up some fresh rice, but not too bad of a wait.VIBESPretty small indoor space, maybe just a few tables, but there's also some seating outside. Seems like a cool spot to catch up with friends or grab a bit before leaving for a night out.BOTTOM LINEHonestly, the food is a bit pricy but I think it's worth it for the quality and as a treat. I'm definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu!

I didn't know what I was walking into besides a highly-rated Egyptian place on Yelp, but I definitely left a changed man. We came in unsure of what to order, and the owner, Remon, gave us a very detailed breakdown on the entire menu with his favorites and recommendations. I got a large beef shawarma kaffah and my partner got the charcoal chicken kabob to-go and a basbousa (because I love sweets) at his recommendation. While we were waiting, we asked about the door and Remon had mentioned they were broken into that same day, on Valentines and told us how he had driven 1 1/2 hours home at 2 AM only to have to drive back because of the break-in at 4. I know from experience how hard it can be for immigrant small business owners; how you have to give 120% every day because if not you, then who? Despite this tremendous setback, he was there before it opened to after it closed to make sure the day could proceed like normal. On top of it all, he was warm and easygoing and you never would have guessed anything was amiss with how friendly and welcoming the space he made was. I already had decided to come back but he even went out of his way to give us something extra because he wanted us to try the food with a certain style of rice. When we got home we were actually bewildered at the amount of food. I paid $26 for the bowl and it could easily sate me for 3 meals, and I'm a HEAVY eater. Not only were the portions extremely generous, it was delicious. The sides that recommended (garlic sauce, fankoush, mixed pickles, baba ghanoush) were a great combination to pair with the heavy meal. Light, citrusy, vinegary, and a great way to contrast the mountain of rice and meat we were presented with. To keep it short; great meal from a great person.

He gave us sodas, bag of chips straight from Egypt, and a cute keychain! This place is always so friendly and the foods are amazing(: definitely recommend coming here!

A small, confusing parking lot lies Tasa2Go. Delicious Egyptian food at a decent price.I love that they offer items you don't normally get at restaurants including brain and liver. These organs are delicious if done correctly, and Tasa2Go does a decent job at it.The Liver and brain we ordered was decent. A little on the dry side for our taste, but the flavor was very, very good. Paired nicely with the rice. The pickled eggplant was not great (barely even pickled?) Maybe I'm just used to Asian pickled vegetables, where the sour is strong. This tasted more like plain eggplant. This goes the same for the mixed pickles. I'd probably try a different side next time.Overall I would love to come again to try their other items including their sandwiches, and fish plates. Also gotta try that Turkish coffee!

This establishment has a hole-in-the-wall, mom/pop vibes. The food was really amazing and reasonably priced. I had beef liver sandwich and was extremely satisfied. Definitely echos Egyptian food experience.

I've come here 3 times so far and the food has been delicious every time. The owner himself takes orders and is super friendly and helpful with recommendations for first timers. This time I got the Shawarma Fettah which was very filling and two sides which were mixed pickles and baba ghanoush. The sides paired nicely with the food and the roasted bread under the meat added a good crunch. Will definitely be returning again!

Best middle eastern food we've had in a long time! It's not easy to find authentic Egyptian food, and this place knocks it out the park.Everything we had was tasty and fresh -- liver plate, shawarma, chicken kabob and kofta were terrific. Also, excellent fresh baked pita. The owner Remon is lovely and showed us what middle eastern hospitality is all about. Can't wait to go back!
