Take 5ive Grille & Bar

It's 2022 and bar is open! Come for a beer or two or three after a round of golf...or after some driving range action (that would be me!) I am not a pro golfer, by any means...just a fan of the driving range where husband and I love to just enjoy on a Saturday afternoon.We love this bar. It's small but has all the essentials. Some beers on tap, like 805 or Stella. I love Stella. Some top shelf liquor for your favorite cocktails. Chips and burgers on the menu. We opted for the buffalo cauliflower, pretzel, and beers for snack time.There are a few screens in the lounge area for you to catch for some sports.Service is awesome and super friendly. Greets you in and greets you out. Good people here. Salud!

Take 5ive is the on site restaurant at the Navy Golf Course in Cypress. It refers to a military term to "take a break". They offer multiple bfast and lunch items like burritos, burgers, sandwiches, soups and salads.Their menu has changed in the few years I have been coming here, as has the service. Now you order at the bar, and the food is brought to you. They also offer a full bar.I ordered the tuscan kale salad w/ quinoa ($8.50 | inc bread). The salad was surprisingly large and very satisfying. I kept chomping and there was plenty of greens in my bowl. The dressing paired nicely with the ingredients: 4 Stars.Regarding the ambiance, they changed the seating in the dining area to primarily high tables for 2. I preferred the old seating where it was primarily standard tables for 4. Nonetheless, the furniture is new: 3 Stars.On the other hand, the service from the bartender/waiter was good. He was very friendly and attentive: 4 Stars.The experience here was much better vs Derricks at Black Gold. As I said before, the more low key the restaurant at a golf course (like Take 5ive), the better the food.

take 5ive grille, it is open to the public, best breakfast my favorite is the breakfast quesadilla and my favorite server daisy always smiling.

Come check Take5ive out at the Navy Golf course.We have great food and staff.And an amazing golf course view. The scenery is awesome with the rabbits ducks and ponds.Take5ive is great for a business meetings,brunch,and much more.So come on out!!!

This is probably one of my favorite spots to have a burger I can watch the golfers tee off the ducks on the pond pretty cool and the food is awesome very friendly staff definitely recommend this place also the prices are even better if you're playing golf just a little side note

They opened this place where the old Eagle's Nest Clubhouse used to be, and the food has gotten so good. They also did some remodeling in the restaurant so it looks/smells way cleaner. I had the burger that comes on the bialy, which is like a bagel without a hole, and it was terrific. You can't beat the prices, either. It's bistro-style food for way less than you'd find it out in town. The fried Brussels sprout petals were so, so good. My only complaint is that they don't serve it in "bucket-size" because I could eat them for forever.Highly recommend, especially if you haven't been since it was Eagle's Nest! Everything is fresh and new.
