My dining experience there is getting worse, and today was terrible. Here are the comments: Food - good and badBons taste good but are overpriced especially after they adjusted prices and the menu. The spicy & fat sausage (not sure about the translation but it's pork intestines) was delicious. The sour cabbage with sliced pork soup tastes fine but a little overcooked and with a smaller portion compared to the past. The Shredded Pork with sweet bean sauce once was balanced and liked by kids, yet today the dish was sooooo sweet that none of us could even put it into our mouths. Thinking that I might be able to fix the flavor at home, so I didn't complain but just asked the manager whether they've changed the chef. She said they have 3 chefs - so the cooking was not consistent and they didn't see it as a problem. Service - poor and terribleThen came the worst part - service. We were not shown to sit down and offered a menu at all, but had to take care of ourselves by scanning the QR code on the table edge. However, there were too many dishes and each picture was too small - I had to walk to the counter to ask about the difference between some dishes, and noticed that they still have large paper menus. While browsing with my phone, I was offered a 5% membership discount, that discount QR code has to be shown to the waiter/waitress when we make the payment. Well, when they came to my table, no one mentioned the 5% and I was distracted by packing the food. They quickly took my credit card to pay the full amount plus tax, and automatically charged me 15% tip based on the food+taxi, instead of food only. I asked the waitress to adjust the charge and she refused and offered "tell us next time when you come - we might be able to compensate for you", simply because she "does not know how to play with their system." She didn't seem to understand to offer anything else for compensation, like a cheap side dish. I didn't want to spend too much time on this, so I suggested, "why not fix it now? You may offer us some drinks." She quickly handed me a can of coke, which usually costs 50 cents if you buy it from the market. ($4 or $5 for 12). Well, for an $100+ meal, 5% values more than $5. "This is ridiculous," I finally said, "Where's your manager?" The manager finally showed up, refunded my total payment, then scanned the 5% discount QR code, yet the total amount didn't change and the system still tried to charge me 15% tips based on the unchanged amount plus tax.Out of imagination I guess, the manager's explanation was, "Actually for the first time, you'd only get points, and the 5% applies to your next dining payment..." Yet such statements were never shown when I was urged to sign up for their membership! I said it's nonsense and I refused to pay that way. Eventually I cute a few dollars from the tip to lower the total payment to it should be - even though I don't think they even deserve a tip. Conclusion: ... ... I might never sit down and eat there again - and will be always careful on tips and other details even for to-gos. I gave it a quailed 3 stars.

I visited on a weekday night, and it wasn't too busy, which was a nice. The staff were attentive and quick, making the experience even better. The dumplings were absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked with a flavorful filling. The rice balls were another highlight, with just the right texture and balance of flavors. The string beans were also fantastic, cooked to perfection and packed with a savory kick. Overall, a great spot for a relaxed and tasty meal!

This is my family's go-to spot for northern Chinese food. You have the option to either order in person or through a QR code/online menu that you scan at the table. The dishes come out fairly quickly and are all very good. Their food is made up of a lot of simple ingredients that are put together into very tasty and satisfying dishes. As a side note, if you order anything with leeks in it, they will give you a generous amount of them in the dish. The restaurant is for the most part clean and they use disposable utensils. There have been several occasions where I've gone and either parts of the table or the chairs were sticky. This last time that we went, there was a family with a dog sitting on one of the chairs and the dog was eating off of the chair which didn't seem the most sanitary.

Came here on Christmas Day around 2:30 with no wait. You order via QR code. We got the scallion pancake special, bok choy with garlic, pork bun, pork and leek dumplings. The scallion pancake was a bit of a letdown, but I'd get the dumplings and steamed bun again - the outside dough was really good (and authentic).

等了20分钟,结果端出来的是冷包子,而且态度非常恶劣,再也不会来这家店了,这种服务居然还没有倒闭,看来需要开辟一些新的餐馆了。we waited for 20 minutes. It turned out to be cold dumpling and the Service attitude is really bad. I don't think I'm a kind of come to this restaurant again.

The fried cruller was really delicious, but a bit overpriced for a piece of fried dough lol. Their signature jianbingguozi is yummy and pretty authentic. The porridge came out cold, and the tea egg wasn't marinated for long enough.
