Today I was in Taco Bell I was eating here when I saw 2 homeless people inside here mooching for food to a couple people. I wish Maria was here she would probably have them gone . They ask me to buy them some food but I didn't because my money is for me only I'm just saying. I love to order the double beef burrito with chicken and the crunchies things and Rice and nachos cheese. I'm starting to get very angry that these homeless people that are inside Taco Bell they are a couple of a man and a woman they have been here to Taco Bell for 8 hours . They are asking the customer to buy them some food I honestly think that they shouldn't at all the customers should buy food for themselves only. Mark is doing a great job as well the other employees especially Sophie. Thank you Taco Bell for your hospitality

First, let me say that I am considering this Taco Bell rating as compared to other fast food, Mexican places I'm not reading Taco Bell compared to a fancy Mexican restaurant.That said, I've found the items that I've ordered at this particular Taco Bell to always be hot and freshly prepared. In other words, you are getting what you have asked for and they are very friendly here and I have only been here maybe three times but they have always gotten my order correct so I am much appreciative of the diligent service they provide.

I drove out specifically to this Taco Bell as it is the chosen one to offer the limited time Strawberry Milk Truffles. I love when Taco Bell does collabs with other amazing companies, this time being the infamous dessert spot: Milk Bar.The truffles aren't on the menu, but luckily they did offer them for two pieces at $2.99. The truffles are good. I'm not a big fan of desserts, so it was a bit too sweet for me like most Milk desserts. If you let the balls sit out for a bit, the fudgey corn filling gets more soft, which I enjoyed more. Another awesome collab for Taco Bell. Their R&D team is killing it! Get it before it's too late.

This review is for the new Taco Bell x Milk Bar Strawberry Bell Truffles which are available at this location only for a limited time until August 16th.I'm a pretty big fan of Milk Bar and Taco Bell is definitely one of my fave fast food joints, so I knew I had to make the trek out to try these before they're gone. As of this review they are on the menu so you can order through drive thru or if you're using the app or touch screens inside, look under New Items. The truffles are presented in a white box in gold foil cups. Like other Milk Bar truffles, these are definitely on the sweeter side, but have a nice balance from the corn fudge and light saltiness of the crunchy taco shell. The corn really compliments the strawberry flavor. The strawberry flavor is like a strawberry milk flavor. These are almost reminiscent of the flavor of a strawberry shortcake bar with the added umami of corn which may be strange to some, but it works especially if you're in the know with southeast Asian desserts that use corn. I liked these so much I went back for another set and bought more to bring to a friend. If you're in the OC and haven't had the chance to try Milk Bar yet, be sure to stop by and give these a try!

Only came here for the limited time only Milk Bar Collab test going on. So yum! 5 stars for that!!!!!The young lady (early 20s and tatted up) at the register today (noon) provided unfavorable customer service. I know it's TB but still there's got to be some kind of standard. No eye contact, lackadaisical, unhelpful, didn't know answers to basic questions, shortchanged me to boot. She didn't give me the right change, but I didn't feel my time to quibble about coins so I let it go. TB Corporate, please stick with your Irvine location for your tests.

So tired of the lack of customer service at this location. I mean... Every single time! I just popped in for a quick meal, and the woman standing AT the register said she couldn't help me, that I would have to use the kiosk. I told her I'm a senior, and senior discounts aren't available on the kiosk. All she wanted to do was argue with me about how she couldn't help me. I finally told her I wasn't going to stand here and argue... I'll just go somewhere else. If we would all stand together, maybe customer service would be improved! There's just no excuse. No excuse at all. If it weren't for customers, there would be no business. Is that so hard to understand?

to me most taco bells are the same, but I will say that this one tasted a little funky. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it but it tasted off. The people were nice here and the location is in a nice area.

This taxi bell had bad service. Very unprofessional the worker are playing around and didn't care for people waiting. This has happened before more then once. The food was ok not the best.
