Been a while since my 2018 review. Since then Ive learned to use the app to try and cut out the middle man/problem with my ordering. Its been steady but they forget the little things. The little things they CHARGE me for like the Avocado Verde Salsa. They are charging me $0.25 per packet on the app, but they charge $0.48 per packet on Grubhub and $0.30 on Doordash. They forget to put them in almost every time. I have to go back through the drive thru each time to ask for what they charged me for.The good news is the drive thru now has a AI program taking your order and its very accurate. The bad news is the human workers inside still screw up the order.

We usually have no problems here, food is quick and consistent. Yesterday afternoon we received what looks to be a sauce bottle perfectly wrapped up and put in its own paper bag. Very bizarre, can't even think of how it happened or why? Also, we ordered cinnamon twists (it was on the receipt) but never received them. Was the sauce a replacement for the cinnamon twists? Hope to get some kind of explanation for this...

I ordered online for food delivery. Their App really sucks and just shows track order but doesn't load anything. They did charge me which is something they're good at. They don't even answer their phones because sometimes they can just put it through their kitchen to put the order in if the app didn't. I placed this an hour ago. Taco Bell app sucks . Had to submit a request to corporate. I recommend not using their app. I know they can shut off their order delivery system so maybe that's why my order didn't go through but was charged.

Was craving some Taco Bell breakfast, and was able to stop by to get the Bell Breakfast box, a great combo that that is around for a limited time consisting of a Breakfast Crunchwrap Sausage, hash brown, Cinnabons delights (2 piece), and choice of a drink. You can customize the drink, as well as each item or swapping out ingredients in the wrap. The hash brown was crunchy, the Crunchwrap was also relatively delicious too, only issue was I thought I had requested for bacon but there was no bacon in my wrap. For my drink, I got the iced Cinnabon delights coffee, which was decent but for once, I actually didn't think there was enough ice in the drink. The only thing I did not enjoy was the Cinnabons delights itself, which I only took a bite but didn't finish, it was just a tad too sweet and I wasn't a huge fan of the bite size snack. Might have to give it another try to see.

If I could rate them a zero I would ! I subbed out the beef for beans and did not expect to be given a TEASPOON worth of beans???? All I'm eating or tried to eat was lettuce . The one cube tomato they graced me with and a pitiful amount of black beans . To top it off my nacho fries were COLD. Mind you I was eating them in the car so it's not like It was cold from waiting too long . I'm sorry and hate to be that person but even driving to get a meal you would expect it to be at least decent ! I don't I'll ever come to this location again .

ZERO IF I COULD!!! I ordered late night food, through Taco Bell app, not 3rd party. After 45 mins of waiting I finally got a text, says door dash has delivered my food, but no food got delivered. I text the door dasher who said he took a picture of my condo patio, but it looks nothing like mine.. which means wrong address... So I call DD for refund, they say call TB, who says call DD and so on.. I went to TB store who said for me to comeback in the AM to talk to the manager.. DD called me back who said they spoke to TB and will process the refund of $26, but my CC statement says $31... This is the kicker.. I spent $31, got $26 back which means $5.00 is missing.. No late night employee knows how to refund a transaction and to come back the the following day, but when asked about the missing $5, was told it's to delivery fee that DD needs to refund, yet DD says TB.. so normally I say order through the company website, but with TB app. Use DoorDash!! Because TB app only gives you rewards points.which is also a joke, to order enough points for a free taco.. another story!!!I'm out $5, because The DD driver got Lazy and I'm the one who $&

Was supposed to be a Doritos locos taco supreme but there is no tomato or sour cream, so I'm a little disappointed. Still good, just would've liked the tomato's and sour cream that I paid for, makes the taco taste better.

I had the worst experience at this Del Taco location. The employees had an unbelievably bad attitude, speaking to customers as if they couldn't care less about doing their jobs properly. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. One employee was even on their phone instead of taking care of customers. It felt like they didn't care at all about customer service or even basic manners. The staff seemed more interested in looking at their phones than actually helping anyone. This place is seriously lacking in training, courtesy, and basic customer respect. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location!

This location has higher prices then anywhere else. Don't buy online deals, they will add 30% compared to nearby Taco Bell's.
