They will take your money and not give you any food. This is the craziest experience I've ever had in any restaurant... point black period. I have always been patient and understanding, as I have been in the food and service industry myself for years. When I pulled up in the drive thru to pick up my online order, the employee at the drive thru instructed that I wait in their restaurant lobby. I obeyed and parked my car and walked on in. Here is the kicker: I waited 30+ minutes for my order. When I asked for confirmation that my order would still come out after the half hour had passed, they o roceeded to laugh in my face and wondered loudly why I was still there. Mind you, there were people inside the restaurant and out that were patiently waiting as well. Their audible jeers and pointing was so embarassing and not even an ounce respectful. I'm 22 years old with my own apartment and bills to pay. And I wanted a meal to eat tonight and they didn't even bother telling me that my order wouldn't come out. They just kept saying it would eventually come and continued to contribute towards laughing at my plight. Eventually, after waiting a ridiculous amount of time, I just left on my own accord. I probably waited until 3:30 am after I place my order a little before 2:30. Mind you, they were open until 4 today and had the workers confirming their hours over and over again when asked. No sympathy. No human connection. No lack of understanding. I literally lost money and spoke to a person behind the counter telling me to keep waiting. Over and over again. For nothing. I will never come back here again and I hope this business understands the jeapordy they put real people in looking to get a freaking meal to survive. These are college students that want to eat for God's sake. Look at the location. Prime area. Right next to UCI. They stayed open on New Year's Eve this time of day knowing orders would rack in. However, regardless of the targeted population, if something clogged up the orders or business was going way faster than man power could handle, customers would completely understand and accept a valid y such as that. If I was told that it was too much trouble to get to my order today I would have understood and walked away with a refund. It's 2025....just say the app should have closed and online orders should not have gone through. Do NOT make false promises that orders will go through and then laugh at people that wait for the meals they've been promised. LIKE HOW TWO FACED CAN YOU BE? To promise a meal then expect people to give up after waiting half an hour is insulting and ridiculing. And to top it all off it was my fucking birthday. I was born on 12/31/2001. I can show you my drivers license. I ordered my first and last real meal of that day. I could have been fine with everything that went down, but that laughter and rude attitude will forever be engraved in my mind.... especially on a day like today where I could have spent it at home with people who actually cared about spending my birthday with me. I already opened a ticket with the customer service at Taco Bell, and I will be expecting my payment back to my card in full. It would be ridiculous if I did not receive it. I didn't get any of my food! And they confirmed the order??! Like what the heck. If receipts are needed I am happy to provide them. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me and contact me about this situation as I am happy to explain exactly what happened. If Zero stars was a thing I would leave it for the heartless people who left me insecure and sad on my fucking birthday. I asked so many times if my order would be ready and they continued to confirm it would come out at a reasonable time. Yet, it didn't. Figure out what happened that day because I am not the only one filled with promises and empty pockets. You stole a lot of money that day and had too many rude individuals employed. There was a couple that waited an hour. I spoke with them. Embarassing. Sad. Pathetic. Do Better.

Ok, first things first. I haven't been to Taco Bell in literal years. And before we get into the details, was it bomb yet underwhelming at the same time? Of course. It's Taco Bell. You come to Taco Bell expecting just that and they deliver, you can't be mad at it lolI went through the drive through for my order, and the first thing I noticed was that they have an AI interface at their order speaker, I was impressed not gonna lie lolI had already placed a mobile order so the second I noted I had a mobile order a real life human came on the speaker and asked me to pull up (AI was short lived but still cool lmao)I ordered a little bit of everything (which is ironic because we know everything at Taco Bell is same same but different haha) My order was as follows:Crunchwrap supreme Beefy 5 layer burritoCheesy fiesta potatoes Soft tacos (GOAT no matter what anyone says)Doritos locos taco Bean and cheese burritoChalupa supreme (another GOAT) Chips and cheeseBaja Blast Zero (I think this is new? I don't rameee there being a zero option before but I am here. For. It.)The employee at the window was super friendly. My order was correct with no misses. And I was given more than enough sauce to actually suffice for all my items! Also- the drive through at this location was the widest I've ever seen (you could legit pull up 2 cars side by side with ample room) and for some reason this really elevated my experience lolOverall solid 4 stars, Taco Bell always hits, and if you have the app and catch one of their promos, they're a really good value as well!!

First off the service here is horrendous. The workers are incredibly rude and refuse to clean the venue. When I ordered dine in, the lady serving the food refused to say my name and even yelled to everyone "I am not saying that inappropriate name!", referring to my name "Genji". I felt discriminated and considered leaving as soon as I heard that. I swiftly grabbed my food and left to eat it at home. A horrendous experience.

Please STOP being stingy with the sauces. The last 3 times I've ordered from here, I requested a lot of sauce packets, delivery gets here and I'm lucky to get 4. Super annoying. The sauce is my favorite part. If you don't want to give it out, don't ask us how many we want and what kind on the app. THANKS!

My favorite fast food is the Taco Bell crispy taco. A prefab hard taco shell provides crunch without grease. It's filled w a crumbly Protein, shredded cheese-like substance, shredded iceberg, diced tomato and packaged hot sauce. Life doesn't get much better than two of these puppies for lunch.
