Taco Bell is and always has been a solid choice for fast food. I've been enjoying their crunchy and soft tacos for decades and they never disappoint. I think it's great that they are continually innovating and either creating new or updating menu items even if they aren't always a hit. Located at the corner of Alton Parkway and Towne Center Drive, the Foothill Ranch location is spacious and looks new and clean. Food quality is always consistent and they offer multiple ways to order - inside kiosks, front counter or drive-through. I would award an additional star but their service has been consistently underwhelming. There have been times I couldn't find any staff member to ask a question because they were too busy fulfilling orders. If I was able to hail an employee, they have not been overly warm or friendly. Having said that, there aren't too many Taco Bells around us so we will continue to come back and hope that they improve their customer service. We always look forward to making a run for the border!

I don't normally come to Taco Bell but my boyfriend got a gift card and it sounded pretty good. We just finished watching a movie so we decided to use the mobile app to place an order for pick up. My boyfriend got the chicken quesadilla combo with a crunchy beef taco and Pepsi zero sugar.I ordered the crunch wrap combo with a bean crunch wrap, a crunchy potato taco, and a Dr. Pepper. We arrived and asked for our online order. The woman working told us to drive to the window and she handed our order to my boyfriend. We went back to his place and enjoyed our Taco Bell which was good! Neither of us have been to this location and it was good!

Walked in for service after ordering at kiosk. While waiting for food three employees standing around working and making eye contact with me multiple times not saying anything. Hello, have you been helped yet or is there anything else you need. The service is a joke and to think $20 hourFor this I would rather have a robot serve me. Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Lady in the drive thru speaker was so quiet I couldn't hear her and had to ask her to speak up several times asked for nacho bell grande and received chips and cheese with no cheese and a side of pico large mtn freeze was filled half way and cheese roll up looked like it had been punched. Do better Taco Bell no wonder the place is so quiet all the time.
