So I ordered food on the app for pick up. They even have a designated pick up area for this. But they don't use it. Instead they just keep it in the back and they don't call out your name or anything. So my order sits there and gets cold while I'm hungry and waiting. Then they tell you oh well you have to come get it and it's like none of this makes sense and apparently it's my fault for them being lazy about walking it over to the mobile pick up area or calling out the name at least. It's a zero interaction experience here and this seems to be the vibe Taco Bell is going for.On top of that even trying to get any of their attention when you need things like straws or lids because they didn't restock them and they will look at you and ignore you. I would even wave and be like excuse me and they just turn away and go to the other part of the kitchen where they can't see you. Not a fan at all.

So, a few months ago, I ordered a $75 door dash order and the workers gave it to somebody else after my dasher waited an hour in line for it. I emailed the store with zero response.I took some time away from Taco Bell, but it's a convenient late night snack...Tonight I ordered food for my boyfriend and I, and he went to go bite into a taco and a freaking pincher bug crawled out of it!!!!!! What the heck is going on at this Taco Bell!?!?

There are some moments that truly define your life. Driving through this Taco Bell at 2 am on a Saturday was one of those moments. As I approached the speaker, a heavenly voice greeted me and asked for my order. The goddess who hand crafted my cantina chicken quesadilla created a masterpiece reminiscent of Michelangelo's David. This sweet angel molded my meal with swiftness and yet such gentle, tender care. My quesadilla felt like a warm hug on my tongue. I had clinical depression when I entered the Bristol Street Taco Bell drive through. I left with a new outlook on life and a level of joy and peace in my heart that I haven't felt since the accident. For those 5 minutes, I was infinite. Thank you Bristol Street Taco Bell. You changed my life. I wish I could kiss every one of your employees on the mouth.

This review is specifically for one super hard-working employee that I want to acknowledge! Dulce is awesome! Such a lovely ray of sunshine when we walked in, she greeted everyone with a hello and a smile! She was so friendly and helpful and jumped in to offer help to everyone, to make sure people knew how to use the mobile app or the self-order screen.... She was always active on the floor, checking in to see how everyone's food was, to see if anyone needed anything, wiping down tables and surfaces...Multi-tasking the whole time, and doing it gracefully and naturally... It's clear that Dulce values her job and enjoys working with people! It is so nice to see a young person that has such great work ethic and a positive attitude while working! So many of these kids just drag their feet and go through the motions while they're at their job, but not Dulce! It is clear that she is an incredible worker, and she deserves to be recognized for her hard work! What a gem! Thank you for the best customer service today, Dulce! You rock!
