If you're craving for some sweets or good coffee, this is the place! They have so many delightful flavors, from salted caramel to orange sherbet! The ice cream is just perfect amount of sweetness. Not overly sweet nor creamy, just right. Taste fresh!Next time I will their coffee. My friend had the butter cup latte and I had a sip, OMG so freaking good! Due to its adorable decor, I am seriously planning to throw a party here next time

You'd never think to find an over-the-top, pretty-in-pink, coffee-plus-ice cream shop in this unassuming plaza off Chapman. It's as if an ice cream parlor hosted a tea party! Lots of pink and gold seating, with cute floral accents and funky framed pictures.The menu is on the left side of the shop, above the ice cream display. I tried a sample of the java chip, and it was good, especially for a sweltering hot day, but I was craving something to sip on for the drive home. I opted for a Matcha Horchata, which seemed like an interesting combo. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I like both matcha and horchata, but I enjoyed this unique fusion! The matcha is surprisingly stronger than the horchata flavor, but the drink overall was balanced and yummy. And I was glad that the cinnamon was not overwhelming.The barista who helped me was patient and helpful in answering my many questions. My drink was made to order rather than dispensed from a cannister, which was nice to see. I'd most likely come back to try seasonal lattes and ice cream concha sandwiches (these were sadly unavailable when I went).

Cutest ice cream shop! Perfect spot to work with fast and free WiFi, good music vibes, and an incredible milkshake. I highly recommend the cookies and cream milkshake! Will make this spot a regular for my work from home days. Thanks Jorel!

This is one of the CUTEST coffee shops I've ever visited. It's like the Hello Kitty Cafe without the crazy long line. ;) Maz serves coffee-based drinks and ice cream. I went in for a campfire latte. I enjoyed my drink in one of the hot pink booths while I read a book on a Saturday afternoon. The ambiance was just great. One thing to note: this is half ice cream shop; their drinks are SWEET! I admittedly don't have too much of a sweet tooth when it comes to coffee and was not able to finish my drink, but I look forward to returning and splitting a drink.

We finally came to this little cafe and ice cream spot. The decor is super cute and chill to have a coffee date with friends and family. Cute spot to stop by and enjoy a good coffee or some delicious ice creams. we ordered three blended drinks. One was the Mazapan frappe and the horchata frappe and they were both delicious....freaking bomb. The customer service is amazing and the owner is very sweet and welcoming. Sweet Escape

They are using Groupon promotion through their corporate brand to drive in traffic, but refusing the voucher. Voucher is non refundable and the owner has no solution other than "sorry about that". They cook with propane camping stove? Dorm looking toaster oven, novelty popcorn machine, and have a dog walking around behind the counter where they are serving and preparing food. Server coughed while making our coffee and wasn't wearing gloves. Ice machine was dirty, and the place (although "cute"), felt dingy with water damaged ceiling tiles and pretty dirty floors. Not ok, I've been a fan of the other MAZ location, but this store feels like MAZ's red headed step child. I'll be sharing this feedback with whoever owns this brand, what a waste of time for a very lack-luster first visit to this location. Won't be back, get ahold of Groupon and get your store out of their marketing campaign, scammy as hell guys. Bye Felicia

My daughter walks in and sits down and says " mommy I rate it 5 stars can you put it on Yelp?" She then proceed to log into Yelp and types: "Ice cream is so good yummy!"Should I just give her her own Yelp account?

The place was awesome! It was super clean and looked great. They definitely put a lot of work into the design of the place. My girlfriend and I loved it. Drinks were really good, and the ice cream texture was better than BR definitely, and they have an ice cream taco. The person working the desk was super helpful and friendly too, coming back here for sure. Glad I stopped by this place.PS - Get the ice cream taco

Sweet Escape is amazing! My boyfriend and I went there for a cute ice cream date and we were not disappointed. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Even the cafe itself is so dang cute! I told him we definitely have to go back

I ordered the salted caramel iced latte and it was delicious. Super cute decor, definitely Instagram worthy. Lots of flavors of ice cream and toppings. Would come back and try other items off the menu
