Swagyu Burger Garden Grove

ordered the cheese katsu sando as well as the 1/2 lb el swagador burger... good brioche buns and filled with protein and veggies. both were p good! but not out of this world -- a bit oily but the raw red onions and veggies made it all the better :')i didn't know this lil food court existed until now and wao we saw christmas decor and families enjoying their time and vendors

I ordered two American smash cheeseburgers and fries fried in A5 tallow. The burgers were decent but honestly pretty average. The patty didn't have much flavor and, more importantly, lacked the crust and crispy edge that really makes a smashburger stand out for me. Even judging it as a regular burger, the patty was cooked all the way through and wasn't juicy. The buns weren't toasted enough and were a bit cold when served.The fries had good flavor but they could have stayed in the fryer a little longer. Most were soggy and didn't have that satisfying crunch, though the inside was solid and tasted good. Still, at $10, I can't really justify getting them again for what I got.Overall, it was a very average burger for the way they advertise it up and just average in general.

Wanted to try this place because I wanted a better burger than mc Donald's and I was not disappointed. I was skeptical when I saw the price but they explained how the meat they use was higher quality than what you'd normally find and I see why. Great service. I also don't like onions but he recommended them grilled and it tasted great. The shoestring fries were a bit expensive, not sure why but they still tasted pretty good. Overall 10/10 would recommend asking for pickled serannos if you like spice.

Biased food review- it's vegetarian. Not biased- service. The guy really couldn't care less if I ordered or not. He didn't greet me; he just stared at me, waited for me to put in my order, and left it at that. It wasn't even agnostic- it was almost disdainful. Not a great start. Impossible burger: so incredibly underwhelming. Boring, really. The burger was cooked, but not really flavored, and it was reminiscent of some backyard burger a neighbor slapped together. Probably not even that good, cuz at least neighbor's would be grilled. Side winder fries were the highlight. These are more potato-y and less crisp than I thought they'd be, but still good.

CoolStopped by SteelCraft for the first time (neat place) and grabbed some lunch at Swagyu with friends. I ordered the western burger- it wasn't bad at all. I think I'll go a little simpler next time to just take in the meat more. Nice smash but also not dry, which, is nice touch. Only thing I didn't care for was the bun- I prefer it softer. Wasn't bad, just not my preference.Sidewinder fries were great- nice mixture of a crunchy exterior and soft inside and they give you a very generous portion. Cans of soda, which I'm not a fan of. Next time I'll just bring my own drink. The guy working the counter was friendly enough and came and checked in on us, which was nice.Lots to try here- I'll be back and probably multiple times.

Fantastic smash burgers for a reasonable price.There are two sets of burgers you can get one is the higher of the Wagyu and the other American Wagyu. If you're feeling fancy, the Wu burgers are just for you but be mindful that they cost about double the normal burgers.I got the American wagyu which was very filling and satisfied my Smashburger cravings. It was a very hardy burger with a huge crispy onion ring. The food came out pretty quick and I be always loved the outdoor seating of steelcraft.

1. The burger had nice buns that really held everything together! The meat was cooked well also!2. The spot has fun casual vibes as it is located in an outdoor food hall!3. There are plenty of seatings!4. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! They will give you a buzzer for your order!5. I have been here a few times in the past. Burgers were ok, but they definitely looked like they were cooked in a hurry and fries were too well done. I was at Steelcraft last weekend again and got my usual classic smash 2x2 with grilled onions. It was fantastic! The new guy is very friendly and helpful. He definitely knows his stuff. Burger was juicy and flavorful. I will be happy to return again.

Honestly the burger is mid, the fries and onion rings were good. The secret sauce and ranch were oddly sour. The service was okay and the ambiance was okay. The burger tasted like it came from a frozen patty, they most definitely didn't grind their own beef. The bun was kinda thick and fluffy and not in the good way. I'd honestly give the burger a 5/10 and for the price I'd give it a 2/10. If you guys are ever around PCH and want an actual good Smash burger I'd recommend Riip. Their sauces are superior and their quality is day and night better. The sides are better here though I'd recommend the fries and onion rings
