Sushi Sho Japanese Restaurant

Delicious fish. Good price. Feels like real Tokyo. Love good Japanese food that isn't insanely expensive.

Have visited this place about 5 times today: The quality of the food is 5 stars, the service, forget about it if your skin tone is brown:it even gets better, reflect the service On their tip, and have the owner run out and request an explanation. An explanation to a 150$ bill of which I had to request my Soju twice after 15 mins of watching everyone else be served and ask for the bill twice. Good luck with those tips you have lost two loyal customers. Not even close to what Japan has offered when I comes to service, but what can you expect to an Americanized Japanese restaurant.

Oh had so many issues on so many levels! They must be under new ownership? I'm sad because our family had great memories of this place. I asked for teriyaki salmon without sesame seeds, it arrived with sesame seeds. Then they brought out a new one, without sesame seeds, but it was raw in the middle! We had to beg the server to take our order. The salad was lousy. They never checked to see how everything was. We had to ask them for everything from water to a check, etc. Very sad and disappointed.

Second time here, and the food is consistently great. Fresh & real crab.My favorite secret stop. Tempura is always perfect.

Worst hostess at front door,not someone to be dealing with people and there prices tripled,since we been there last,no going back,food was mediocre.

I'll just talk about the sushi. Interesting choice for proportion of fish to rice to wasabi to Green onion sauce. It was fresh, generous, and tasty. Also enjoyed the spider roll with its innards of carrot and crab. The tempura was fresh, hot, and eaten quickly. Bob appetite mon amis. Service was very good and unobtrusive. A hard combination. Why not a five you ask? After I thought about it I realized it's a dang fine place to enjoy sushi.

Very expensive for what you get. Don't go on a Saturday night as we waited 30 min after our miso soups for the sushi to arrive, clearly understaffed.

I was craving hamachi Kama and ordered that but it was undercooked. I should have sent it back but didn't want to bother. The rolls were just so so. Maybe I just expect more from a sushi restaurant this point in my life.

If I could leave 0 stars i would . I let them know I would sit to have a beverage - I asked to use the restroom and the woman said that i couldn't . " The restroom is for customers " which I was... she said that the last time they let someone use the restroom they trashed it . As if I looked like someone who would do that . Horrible service.
