Subway

The staff are friendly but not at all helpful!I was given a gift card, however it's thick paper & it was bent in my wallet & wouldn't work. I went to the website & was told to install the app & put in the card number & pin. I did that & the app showed I had credit however since my purchase was more than my credit it wouldn't allow me to use the gift card. I was even willing to use the gift card & pay the balance with my credit card. It wouldn't allow me to do so. The app is difficult to use. I will never purchase a Subway g card. it's a ripoff.My recommendation: Do Not Buy Subway Gift Cards! Do Not Install the Subway App!

Been here twice. Worst service ever. I don't understand I know it's not the best job working here, but it's your job. I don't come in showing attitude idk why the two times I've been here the workers act like I owe them something. I'm just here to get a sandwich. That is all, but they always feel the need to have this whole attitude and make sure I know by their sighs that dang this job sucks. If you hate it so much quit and find a better job.

Does not accept Subway coupons. Is this fraud, bait and switch - I don't know. I just know it's not right.

Terrible subway. SKIMPIEST sandwiches I've ever seen in 25 years Subway. Order extra tomatoes or cucumber on a foot long? You'll get 3 slices on the entire thing, and they'll be razor thin. Order chicken? You'll get 1 scoop spread across the whole sand which instead of the 2-3 you paid for. Picked up the to go sandwich and seriously thought it was a 6" because it was so light.

I ordered a #12. Just please make it as it reads #12. Too much mayonnaise. No spinach. Please just make it with cooked bacon!

If you want to go to Subway and stay thin, go to this one I stood in there for 25 minutes and never got served the laziest staff on the planet. They have nothing better to do then soda bottles if you're hungry, you better off going to the bus stop and eating handful of gravel cause you're not gonna get anything from Subway

i asked for turkey and bacon, and then they asked for what cheese i wanted, they didn't put bacon :(. they didnt even say anything like "oh sorry we ran out, would you like something else?" nothing. my friend asked pepper jack and they gave him provolone. they called my other friend a fatty for asking for all the meats, cheeses, sauces, and vegetables. i still wouldnt come here if it was the only subway in a 5000000 mile radius.

This location continually refuses to honor the "make any sandwich a wrap" even though it's literally on the digital menu board, but they will argue refuse to do it, even if it means cancelling the entire order for the group. They simply don't care about customer service at all. Funny how there is exactly one 5 star review recently for this location that attempts to refute what everyone else is saying - pretty suspicious.Given their proximity to me and how far it is to the next Subway location, I've ended up dropping Subway as one of my healthier food options.

If you can drive to another subway, please do. Judging by the other negative reviews, I'm assuming Zebnisha (had no name tag) is the women with worst customer service EVER at this location!!! She is rude, disrespectful, and will get mad at you for just wanting a subway sandwich. If you're unfortunate to have to go to this location, hopefully you get Shelly, who is way nicer.

That girl behind the counter I don't remember her name she had mask on her face.She was very friendly and warm . She was fast with my order She gave me exactly what i wanted .She did nice and clean work i will definitely come back here again THANK YOU
