Subway

Would never recommend this place to anyone. The lady was so rude called herself the a manger arguing with me over having marinara sauce on the side. She even had the nerve to yell at me about it. This lady didn't have a name tag. She's big. And loud. Whomever put her in charge needs to demote her or put her in check! Thank you to the lady that made the food but don't take advice from your manager or follow how she is with customers. Especially a customer willing to pay.

I ate at the Subway on North Tustin St in Santa Ana.I ordered the Hot Pastrami Sub, with a bag on Fritos and a Diet Pepsi.My wife Diana ordered a six-inch Ham Sub, with baked chips and a soda.My sister Mickey got a Turkey Sub, with potato chips and a soda.Ray got a Tuna Sub, also with Fritos and a diet soda.We all decided to cut the subs and share, so that, we all got to taste them all, and all the subs were heated and we had a cool time talking and enjoying the different subs and chips.Then we all left to play card games, at Ray's and Mickey's home.Robert H.

This subway offers what all other subways do, which is sandwiches. The reason for the three stars is the air conditioning here is either not working or barely working every time I come in. It makes sitting there eating a sandwich an exercise in getting done as fast as I can so I can get outside and get some fresh air. Adding to the stuffiness is the fact that there is very little room here. All of the chairs are tight with each other people in line are literally standing next to you. Just not a great experience. Even for a to go order, I can't wait to get out. Note to the owner: upgrade your air-conditioning or fix it. Please.

The service could be better. They need more staff there. They always run low on bread, soups, and drinks.

Oh man this is the first time I leave a bad review. I came here on a Sunday for lunch after the gym. Soon as I got in the door it was hot and moist. Absolutely no ac. Anyway, I decided on a tuna sandwich 6 inch on wheat. I didn't think anything of it but once I realized how hot it was I thought wait... bacteria grows when its hot and moist ...I saw about 3 flies all around the uncovered food. Yes... including meat, cheese, veggies, and all around the tuna. Got me thinking...if these flies lay eggs on the food I wouldn't even know!!! I decided to cancel my order. please be cautious of all food that is uncovered during the summer. Flies don't ask for permission to lay there eggs and they love food. Keep in mind it's not only mosquito season but fly season as well.

Food poisoning 20 mins after having a tuna sandwhich yesterday. Still not feeling well

We went in for a coupon deal. Victor was great. They had some new items and they allowed us to taste them. Was not a big fan of the cheese or crunch so glad I got to try them before it was spread throughout my footlong. He was patient and went out of his way. Refreshing service. A+

Horrible customer service. The manager is very unprofessional and gave me attitude right when I was about to order. I left immediately. I feel bad for the workers that get "managed " by managers that don't have no values and that can't even "manage"their behavior professionally. Horrible.

I don't want to give them 1 star but I feel like I have to to get the attention of the manager. The workers are amazing! Super nice and great customer service! All of them! But I went in during the evening twice and they only had 1 person working! Both nights they had a huge line! I went up and asked where his help was and he told me it was just him! They need the extra help. I was in line for like 20 mins because the people in front of my were getting multiple sandwiches for dinner. It can't be done with just 1 person!

This is probably the best Subway in the area however I can no longer go there because they open too late. I was a regular there when they opened at 7:00AM and there were always other people there as well. Too bad. I'd like to go back someday.
