AVOID THIS LOCATION. There are plenty of other locations nearby. The Manager is rude, stingy and overcharges...check your total BEFORE paying! I asked him 3 times if a specialty menu item included double meat and cheese (as per the poster), and 3 times he answered YES! I went ahead with my order and after paying I checked the receipt because $16 seemed high for a sandwich that was advertised $11....only to discover he charged me for double meat ($3-4 more) and when I asked him why, he said he made a regular sandwich with double meat instead of the one I ordered. WTF. Who does that?!? He was then very rude about the whole situation, so I just left, frustrated. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and realized I had received a normal turkey sandwich, no extra meat as charged, and not even the cheese that comes on the sandwich I ordered. I was frustrated and had a hungry kid in tow who just wanted to eat, but when we got lunch home the bread was stale and dry, the sandwich contained barely any veggies, including 3 tiny dry green (not intentionally green) tomato slices, and I had to reassemble the whole mess at home because the stale bread fell apart as soon as I unwrapped it.I did try to remedy things by calling to allow him to fix the situation, but he set the phone down and then left it there....I hung up after 10 minutes of waiting, and when I tried back 15 minutes later, I got a user busy signal, meaning the phone is still sitting off the hook.

What is the point of curbside pickup if I have to get out my vehicle, to get my order. Someone was parked in the one curbside pickup parking spot and clearly was not picking up anything since no one was in the vehicle. I marked on the app that I was at the store location waiting for my "curbside pickup*. 10 minutes later tried to call multiple times before getting out of my vehicle. When I walked inside to pick up my "curbside order" there was nobody in sight except for what looked like the manager was sitting there on his personal cell phone and I asked how I can pick up my "curbside order" and he said I can park anywhere it's fine and I repeated that I was there for my "curbside order". Ridiculous service, will not be returning. I already paid for my order online, so didn't bother cancelling it.

HORRIBLE! SHAME ON YOU!! I ordered a signature wrap platter for Memorial Day, the Sunday evening before...My husband and I planned a boat trip for a family of 12...The lady took my order for a Signature Wrap platter, took my credit card, my PHONE NUMBER, and the time the platter will need to be picked up the next morning (11:15). When we arrived here, there was a HANDWRITTEN NOTE ON THE DOOR saying that they are CLOSED on Memorial Day!!! We could not believe this. I did not receive any phone call from them. Our saving grace was that we ordered 2 pizzas for the kids on trip, along with some snacks. Although everyone had a nice time on the trip, I will say SUBWAY at this location had us HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED...The lady that took my order is Very IRRESPONSIBLE.You are my FIRST and ONLY, ONE STAR RATING!! You guys are terrible!!!

I don't know what it is about this location, they are just so incompetent. The staff can not handle it when there are more than 2 people in the restaurant. Every single time I place an online order here, it is wrong! Every time! I've given up on subway, found some much better sandwich shops around the area that can actually make a sandwich correctly. I would avoid this location at all costs if you have to have a Subway sandwich.

First of all this is a job that entails customer service, so get some ppl that know what that is.. I work near this subways and come here for food REGULARLY and I just thought oh maybe these ladies are having a rough day, time, whatever.. no every single time I come in I get such a sour attitude from majority of these ladies, especially the one who wears a different color shirt (I'm assuming she's a manager or something) don't waste your time coming here for shitty service and poorly made food.

The owner is very polite and kind. I have never been to a Subway before where the owner was the one to serve customers. He gave me some great recommendations for customizing my sandwich, and was fun to talk to. I work across the street, and will definitely be coming back.
