I ate at the Subway Sandwich at 21701 Lake Forest Drive in Lake Forest, CAThe place was nice and clean and this was my first time eating at this location.I was allowed to take photos.I ordered a 12' ham, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich.egg, ham, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, olives, and mayo.It was delicious.I ordered a large soda to balance my meal.For dessert: I had three cookies, macadamia nut, chocolate chip, and peanut butter cookie.they were fresh and delicious.I drove off to find another review.Robert H.

Came on my lunch for a quick sandwich and soup but took half my lunch almost.. The employee pictured above definitely shouldn't be working in customer service. Was very short and rude to customer in front of me and moving at the pace of a snail while doing it. Seemed very upset and bothered that she had to work. Was asking customers. When I asked for soup she said they "ran out early" and that she didn't want to make more.

This is one of the worst subways I've ever been to the manager and the workers there clearly hate working there you can tell by the way they choose to communicate to customers. We ordered an online order just to receive a wrap the size of an egg roll. When my boyfriend went back in to communicate that this isn't right that the size of this wrap is way tinnier than usual the lady didn't care and dismissed it. When we asked for a refund she started arguing with him and telling him no. He then informed her I'm not going anywhere until I get my money back she finally said okay. When she gave him a receipt that says void but the receipt still says the gift card only had $4 dollars left. He asked what does void mean if the card still only says $4 dollars. She than didn't answer just disrespectfully said "Can't you read it says void." This is by far the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. On top of that when talking to the manager he just dismissed me said there was nothing they can do to accommodate for this horrible experience and said well at this point it's a he said she said situation. I'm sorry don't you have cameras look back at it? Clearly you'll see and hear it right. I will never be returning to this place and will make sure anyone I know does the same!

Purchased a sub and two drinks today just before noon. Service provided by the young woman working the counter was efficient and pleasant. Took the sandwich and two diet cokes home to enjoy with my wife. The sandwich was good. Nice soft flavorful roll with fresh meat, cheese and fixings. Unfortunately the diet cokes were tainted. Both fountain drinks had a moldy aftertaste. Tasted both drinks a few times and each time the moldy after taste was present. Poured both drinks out. Also tasted the ice separately and that was not the source of the moldy taste. Something else in the beverage center is causing that. Tried to leave feedback in the Subway Listens website but it was not working. Two stars today, one for service and one for a good sandwich.

Went in yesterday to order 2 foot long sandwiches for my kids. I asked to use the restroom they told me I couldn't because it's not working. I asked them what do they do if they need to use the restroom. Crickets. How can you not have a working restroom?

Bad attitude from the girl making my sandwich. I came in an hour before closing. Most of the options were taken to the back because they were trying to get out on time, I get it. I felt like she was frustrated that I was ordering. The way she tossed the sandwich in the toaster then slammed it closed. My sandwich was cold on the inside and barley toasted on the outside. I still left a tip because I'm in the service industry too. But I kind of wish I took it back. She immediately walked to the back after making my sandwich. No "thank you for coming in". Or any acknowledgment the entire time really. I gave 4 stars because I come to this location all the time and it's always great customer service. I don't recommend coming in any time after 8. Work on your customer service a little. That is my advice.

We had ordered two footlong subs at this subway location. This is the order without spinach and was loaded with spinach . The sauce was sweet onion and they had put honey mustard Which was for the other one. The sub was very flaky. They had toasted the bread more than necessary. Very ignorant and we don't see a feedback option on the subway app we ordered.hopless and very disappointing.

This Subway location is not practicing safe COVID prevention measures. They allow an unlimited number of customers at a time to gather inside while waiting to place and receive orders. There were no measures for distancing and the standard procedures for stepping up to the counter to order puts the customers elbow to elbow. I see other take out locations with a barrier at the door to regulate who and how many customers come inside. Why can't the Subway allow only one person/group in at a time?I won't even go into the behavior of a certain mask-less customer who went crazy when we asked her to either put her mask on or back away from us.

El servicio al cliente es esencial pero aquí LO DESCONOCEN.Lo más terrible fue cuando intenté usar el baño, porque me lo negaron! Uno de los jóvenes intentó prestarme la llave para abrir la puerta del baño, sin embargo el que parecía el encargado, lo negó de inmediato . ¿Cómo es posible que no permitan el uso del baño? He notado que algunos subways de esta área han cerrado. Supongo que esta sucursal no durará mucho tiempo abierto.
