This is the only subway in lake forest that I really love going to The lady worker makes sure the restaurant is clean She makes the sandwiches real well and is a great listener Really no complaints, I love this subway

Stopped by on the way to my dad's in OC. Had a coupon but apparently this location doesn't accept them. Thankfully the guy behind the counter made an exception for me. Got three sandwiches and each maxed out on toppings/ veggies. Sandwiches were packed. Filled me up quick. I'll be back.

Went in with my family to order 3 footlongs, we had a coupon that had come in our mailbox[we are local and live in lake forest). The store employee made all 3 sandwiches and then informed us at the front of the line that they would not honor the coupon. She told us, "the manager does not allow us to take coupons". We ended up purchasing the sandwhiches at full priced and walked out embarraased at our foolishness. Needless to say, i will never go back to this shady subway ever again.

As I came in I was greeted by a guy that was already wearing plastic gloves so I waited to see if he would wash his hands and put on some new gloves but never happened. More people started to come in and out of the 3 employees working there none of them zero (0) of them washed their hands. They just came from the back area and put some plastic gloves to start our sandwiches. Also while they were making our sandwiches they all touching different things like trash (from the little containers in the line, for things that fall of the sandwiches) and other ingredients that fall alongside the line and sometimes two of them working on one sandwich. They had zero idea of team work. They also had very little customer service knowledge. It's just a very messy place and not a lot of high gene. Not coming back! Not recommending it. The sandwich was 4 out of 10.

Not bad for lunch, the food is fresh always here and pretty consistent. Staff however needs a lot of training, one of the members what very confused when I asked for a tuna salad so they brought someone else to make it. The lady that is part the staff or a manager was very busy with selling you stuff that you did not want.Also, sometimes they put less qualities then in other locations, i had to ask for a little more mustard for example. How much is that going to cost????

They were fast today during the lunch rush. That was a plus. But the Turkey, which is normally picked up in a slab and peeled off so that you know you get the 8 slices that you are used to, was all shredded in the bin and they picked out shreds and the amount looked to be less than normal and was a little short on one end. The lettuce was older and had some brown edges. They also changed from the normal Subway napkins to a napkin holder of non-Subway napkins. I felt like the owners were making small changes to add a bit more profit to their bottom line. I'll try the Subway on Moulton Plwy next time.

Food quality was horrible because it was all made sloppy and the bread on both sandwich were burnt. Not only that but, both of our sandwiches were made incorrectly and when asked for the sandwiches to be re-made they subway worker said "I don't want to make a new sandwich and I'd rather just change the bread" even though it was more than the bread messed up on the orders. She was whispering remarks such as "I hope you have customers like you when you work" even though I was being more than polite with her and felt bad even asking her to fix them. I thanked her and she said "don't thank me." with a nasty attitude. She kept rolling her eyes and looking at me bad throughout the whole process. She also has made a comment about me using the buy one get one footlong free deal and said she didn't want to remake the one that was free, then why have the deal? Never coming back.

The lady working at 5:30pm on Wednesday, June 12th, was the most disrespectful human I've ever met in my life. I called back to get her name to file a complaint and she refused to give it to me, and hung up on me immediately when she first heard my voice. I was being very kind and patient with her, as I saw she was busy, and I felt bad, yet, she still had a disgusting attitude and it honestly surprised me being a former subway employee, there were so many things she was doing wrong in this situation. She then refused to remake my sandwich which she had made improperly. I would not recommend taking your business here, it enables the way the employees treat the customers and it's not right. She should honestly be fired.
