Fast service, good preparation, and mobile order is great! This location is very busy, but they get you in and out quickly. The are located inside of Shell so I typically park in the lot to the left of the gas station to avoid the fueling crowd and that saves me time. The food has always been what you would expect from a Subway and they don't try and push up-sales. They do offer the upgrades, but they are not pushy like other locations. The location is clean and that's a great thing to see in any food service location.

You would think all Subway's are the same...nope.. Well this one has such amazing customer service, I gotta tell everybody about it!!!! Yes it's in a gas station. But don't let that fool ya! I work in the area so I'm a frequent flyer here for lunch. I always get the 6" subway club, 3 s'mores cookies (THE BEST!), & a medium (even tho it's a huuuuge medium) drink. It's always less than $10!! Such a steal. Compared to the other Subway's I've been, I love how the fountain drink at this location has Coke Zero & it's a fancy touch screen. I gotta say... if you're a fan of the cookies, this one always has them baked so perfectly: never burnt, slightly undercooked, moist & chewy, always fresh. I look forward to them each time I get my lunch here. I gotta say the manager (I think he is the manager) is so lovely. He could basically turn anyone's bad day into a good one. Nothing but smiles & he even offered me a free cookie to try! I've never had that happen to me ever! You can tell he really puts in effort & loves his job. I will definitely keep coming back!

WORD OF ADVICE, PHONE ORDER IS LIFE!!!! (Wife Review)I know using the web sometimes your order gets all jacked up. But over at this location they are pretty good about it. I usually order a tuna sandwich, toasted bread and cheese first then add the tuna. Normally there are no screw ups. But yesterday, they added cumbers and spinach in my sandwich. Which I NEVER EVER order, I am as plain as it gets. Long story short, I called over there and explained the issue, and the manager or girl on the phone was like, You should check it next time before you leave... I must of almost said "B****" swerve!!! This is a complaint from a CUSTOMER, so take notes and DO BETTER at your job!!! Lord have mercy on my soul, I about almost lost it!!! But then again, I remembered, HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A DAMN SANDWICH? Please tell me!!!! I rated it 3 because again, my sandwich is always legit, but yesterday we had a little hiccup, and it totally changed my mind about this location!

Trying to help businesses in my neighborhood during these uncertain times, since most of the restaurants are closed at the irvine Spectrum. This location is near the virtual reality store but looks like they'll be moving next door to the GNC store in a few months. As soon as i walked in I was greeted by the employee and began making my sandwich. I ordered the Tuna sandwich on wheat bread as they were out of honey oat bread and some of the works like banana peppers, bell peppers. They had limited ingredients available but still made it work. Place was clean and empty. Took my sandwich to go. Seating was available outside with a few tables with chairs available to sit if you decided to stay and eat. Of course as long as you were 6ft away from anyone nearby.

So I'm trying to buy a cheap lunch and...I get the $4.99 cold cut combo footlong.Simple easy, you'd think. Then I simply ask for a small drink to go with it. Then she replies with... "that'll be $8.99 total"I paused for a second, and then asked her. How much is that small soda of the sandwich is only $4.99? She couldn't reply with an actual answer to that question because she knew she was ripping me off so then she just says... It's cheaper to get the combo with chips and soda for $2.99 more.I then told her.... I don't want that and that's not what I asked you. I asked you how much is a small soda that the total came out to $4 more? She still couldn't come up with an answer knowing I caught her basically trying to steal from me.So then I said, you know what? I'll just take the sandwich. She then says... "your total is $6.99". Again... I'm like wtf??? So I asked her how a $4.99 sandwich comes out to $6.99 she stutters then mumbles something about ham sandwich and I stop her and say.... You know darn well it's a cold cut combo. So why would you now be charging me for a different sandwich?She couldn't come up with an answer again as to why she still continuously trying to steal extra money from me. I mean.... Does subway owners teach them to do this? Or do they get paid that little that they try to FORCE a tip to come to them by being sly and over charging you in the hopes that you are too busy to notice? And I swear it's not just this subway. It's all subways.Here's the true test. Go to your nearest subway to your home. Buy the same exact sandwich every single day of that week. And watch how the sandwich price fluctuates literally daily up and down. Some days taxed.... Some days tax included because it's a flat $4.99.It sucks that we have to check our food bag through drive threws. Just to make sure we get our entire order. But now with subway they basically charge whatever the hell they want.

We placed a 2 platter sandwich order at the last minute for our business luncheon and this Subway put the platters together in 45 minutes.
