The sandwich is delicious here. My favorite is the vegetarian because they make the way I love it. Bread is always fresh and the employees are friendly and helpful. They have a large menu with lots of delicious sandwiches.subways always is clean

I ordered a footlong, 2 cookies, and a drink. Was notified the order was ready. Showed up, order was not at pickup. Took about 5 minutes to get an employee to acknowledge me. Turns out my order was in a bag next to the employee hand wash station...got home only to discover they gave me a 6 inch sub and no cookies. Contacted Subway for a refund, nobody responded. It was $18 with tip...ended up having my CC do a charge back and moving forward, I'm going to Jimmy Johns 2 blocks up the street. Don't go to Subway, period.

The food and service is great!!!! Helps me keep healthy and in my budget. Could eat here every day.

This place use to be good as it was usually not too busy and service was Quik. The problem now is stale bread if you don't go first thing in the morning. They do not offer shredded mozzarella cheese, they preferred to charge you for sliced mozzarella cheese. They also installed a metal shield so you can't see the cold cuts, what they are actually putting on your sandwich. Didn't used to be this way I'm looking for an alternative location for my business from now on. I understand the business owner needs to make money, but selling steel bread and up pricing cheese. That makes me think twice why they're hiding the cold cuts...

Iiiiiiii...am one of the people that likes subway. U know what you're getting, you know the calories and nutrition and u know it will be consistent. Do they make the most incredible food in the world? No. But for price, convenience, it's hard to beat. Also the app is great, I hated that they took away the stamps but the app gives u awesome deals and allows u to build up points. I actually didn't eat there for years after they stopped the stamp program and I ate there like every day in college. Just remember, they have a ton of healthy choices, but just because it is subway does not mean it is healthy!! U know what is and isn't healthy, don't blame them. This place has been particularly good because they are quick and make my sandwiches exactly how I like them. Can't ask for much more than that. Also, for a company to squeeze through the Jared debacle with very little fallout, means you're getting good valued meals!! I hear he gained all the weight back btw...but how do u gain weight in jail? The food seems terrible. Idk. Anyway, this is a very solid, well ran subway

The service I received today from your employee was very unprofessional. Margarita was very rude. I ordered online she made my sandwich wrong ' so I let them know that they didn't add cheese.. she was making rude comments bout having to remake the sandwich.. when she gave me the new sandwich she did put ranch & she told me she did & told me that if it's not enuff oh we'll fast food is very expensive to receive service like this.. she deserves 0 stars..

I went in to speak with the male employee about deals they had going on. He said no deals. I said what about the app do they have deals? He said he didn't know maybe so. So I downloaded the app and the only deal they had did not work with the sandwich I wanted. I tried to order the Mexicali through the employee. He said that was only on the app he could not accommodate. He was not friendly at all. I told him I was going to go to another subway establishment. I want to shout out the Alicia Creek subway they were exactly the opposite in the service I received from this location. Very friendly, willing to accommodate, and asked serval questions about my selections. I would not recommend this Jeffrey location if you want to customize your order. You might as well order from a kiosk, then a human being.

I always mobile order my food, because I work full time and don't have time to stand in line.After a long day of work, I logged on to the Subway app & mobile ordered two footlong sandwiches for myself and my husband. (The app is great, because there's built-in rewards/discounts you can apply towards your order. You can also totally customize how you'd like your sandwich, similar to the chipotle app. 5 stars for the UX.)I am vegetarian and ordered a veggie delite on Italian herbs & cheese bread. My husband got turkey on white bread. After picking up our mobile order and driving home, we sat down to eat and discovered that our order was wrong. At first, we thought they just mixed up our breads -- no big deal. Nope. The entire order was mixed up -- the meats, the cheese, the toppings -- all of it. Even worse: the toppings weren't even accidentally reversed. It was as if the employee didn't read the order & haphazardly threw in random toppings, without paying attention what was what. I couldn't eat my sandwich, so I gave my husband both (he'll eat anything) and proceeded to grubhub myself dinner from somewhere else (therefore spending a total of $50 on dinner, when I could have just spent $17).Waste of money and waste of my time. I will never be returning to this location ever again, & I suggest you do the same. (Or, at least take the time to order in person, to ensure it's made correctly.)

Ordered an Ultimate BMT with double meat via the mobile app and the sandwich didn't have double meat.. crazy thing is one of the employee asked the employee who built my sandwich if he put double meat and he said yes. So why lie about it..... why lie in front of the customer saying that there is double meat on it?? Also this has happened before... insane.
