I gave Subway a chance to redeem themselves but their new owner, Rachel P, is a stingy manager who refuses to provide a resolution to an incredibly pathetic problem that could have been so easily fixed. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich via mobile order and when I returned home I was absolutely disappointed with the tiny and almost nonexistent portion size of the ingredients. In fact, when I unwrapped the sandwich I completely thought I had just gotten a roll because I could barely even SEE the ingredients in there. The whole purpose of mobile order is for the convenience of having the food made so you can quickly grab it and go home. If I had gone back to the restaurant then I would have completely lost out on that convenience. So how does subway respond to this? A measly apology because they can't possibly offer a refund or a complimentary sandwich to make it up to me. McDonald's has better customer service and they're way busier and have way more reason to mess up than this SLOW AND ALMOST DEAD location. I'm still trying to understand how "strict" these guidelines are that you would completely shortchange me on this pathetic excuse of a sandwich and not offer any sort of resolution to this. Believe the reviews. This subway is P A T H E T I C. I hate writing terrible reviews but Subway offered no recourse and I hope this does not happen to anybody else.(51/100--2022)

This has always been my go to subway since it's around the corner from home. I have never had ANY issues until today. Ruby was getting snippy and extremely cheap when I asked for extra onions. Extra onions is what I always request when I get my sandwich and have NEVER had ANY issues until today and she was saying if I asked for more, she was going to charge. Not happy at all.. I understand if I ridiculously had her pack it with onions but just a bit extra was too much for her. These type of people should not be working customer service since it really makes the business go down with negative reviews.

I stopped by this Subway recently and the interior was clean and the employees were friendly and welcoming. They were efficient getting customized sandwiches made quickly. The prices are reasonable Nan's I enjoyed my turkey sandwich and chips.

4 Times the app done me wrong, by choosing the wrong location. Even if it's user error, I tried calling before they complete the order so they can cancel it. Of course they don't answer the phone until it's already made. With 4 employees working one person can answer, even to check if it's an emergency. If not they could always put them on hold. Location refused to cancel order after I spent 15 minutes trying to call to cancel they wouldn't answer the phone. They finally answered the phone after they completed the order to tell me they could not cancel the order. I had to drive 40 minutes to pick up my order, and when I asked if they could maybe make the sandwiches over because now they are cold, the guy working with no name badge said he could only make one over which is useless because I ordered two. In which I told him I don't think you want to argue with a customer that is hungry because then we will stand here for another 40 minutes arguing and we will get nowhere so if he could just make both sandwiches we can move on. Once he started making the sandwiches he started to talk about me behind the counter so I can hear him and "I told him I could hear you" he said "oh I know you can hear me that's why I'm doing it" so I told him I am now 40 minutes late for my lunch to go back to work and he said nobody works on the weekends, It's Sunday you have plenty of time And I told him I do work on the weekend that's why I just told you I'm going to be late 40 minutes cause it took me 40 minutes to get here. Your app does not have a good prompt to verify and confirm location before putting the order through. This is the fourth time that has automatically chosen that location.Honestly customer service goes a long way, with prices and economy. I would assume businesses want to keep customer loyalty rather than lose them. As a quality assurance associate this guy should fired. It might be user error, but the app is not user-friendly. This is a fourth time this has happened. I will no longer be using the app or ordering food from any of the locations. I've already emailed before, and never received a response nor a refund on any of my orders that this has happened so I'm very disappointed that you have lost a customer.Deleted app now and never going to this or any other subway location from now on.

My sandwiches were done incorrectly and the guy w/ tattoos (I took pictures of but not sure I'm allowed to post) argued w/ me and aggressively dug his fingers into my sandwich where a tomato flew off and landed on the counter at the cash register. Then he continued to put the tomato back on my sandwich. I told him I wasn't going to eat that and his response was "Did I say you were going to eat it?" He became so aggressively rude and scared my kids. This is not the first time I've had horrible customer service at this location. Every other subway I've been to has been great, some better than others, but this location is TERRIBLE. The owner never try to remedy the situation.

We ordered the Buy 2 footlong get 1 free because we thought it was a great deal. 1 sweet onion chicken teriyaki , the steak and cheese and 1 oven roasted turkey. So far so good until we opened the steak and cheese, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! Check out the photo, there's hardly any meat and where's the cheese?!! I want a refund!

I had a very strange and disappointing experience at this location. When I walked in around 6 PM on a Wednesday, I noticed one of the workers walking out of the store carrying a stick. While unusual, I didn't think much of it at first. However, as I stood waiting to place my order, I quickly realized there were no other employees inside--I was the only person in the store.I went outside to ask the worker (the one with the stick) for help, and he mumbled something like "Yeah, yeah, someone's in there," before peeking into the store, seeing no one, and walking away again. At that point, it became clear no one would be taking my order, so I decided to leave and went to a different location instead.This was actually my second visit to this store, and unfortunately, my first experience wasn't much better. On that occasion, the person making my sandwich seemed more focused on venting about his dislike of onions (after I requested extra onions) and chatting about seeing me and my girlfriend at the restaurant next door. He mentioned he used to work there, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional during our brief interaction.Overall, this location seems poorly staffed, and the customer service sucks.

This place is disgusting! They put some chemical tastes extremely bitter for hours in my mouth in the app ordered sandwich. It must've been some kind of medical ointment or some sort because it was coating my mouth with some very bitter slimy coating which wouldn't go away. The employee probably out something in their hands and used those hands to handle food. Stay away from this place, they are cheap with their ingredients plus extremely dirty and suspicious. Don't eat from here unless you want to get sick!
