Subway

I stopped to have lunch at Subway 26502 Towne Center Drive in Foothill Ranch.This Subway is located inside a Walmart Store.Since I was having my car serviced, I stopped to have lunch at this location.You pay for and pick up your meal at the front counter.For my Appetizer: cheese & broccoli soup;One cup of fresh & hot soup.Delish!My Entrée; turkey sandwich combo;Extra turkey in a toasted wheat bun with; spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onion, avocado, & Swiss cheese.sides; potato chips, cookie, & a drink.Delicious! I drank iced tea with my meal.For dessert; 4 different kinds of cookies.also; a sweet pretzel.Then I walked outside to find my next review.Robert H.

I didn't know this place only had two stars, but I see why! Stopped here to get a sub, get home and the whole bottom piece of my bread was hard as a brick! I really should have went back but wasn't feeling great so I just threw it away! Never again! Better to just buy the ingredients and fix myself, plus they don't have the good wraps anymore! I'm so done with this place.

This is the first subway, where they actually, in my opinion, don't want to do the sandwich the way I'm asking them to do it it's amazing.... they didn't want to double toast it too. There was no line, just me and my kids. I don't know if this is because it's part of the Walmart, so I don't know if this has something to do with that. There also was cleaning supplies, Like a big bucket on a customer eating table. I should've taken a picture of that. But I was so distraught already.

I just ordered a sandwhich online during my lunch break and now I'm back at work and when I opened my sandwhich they put honey mustard instead of mayo... I called for a refund and the lady told me that the guy got confused and put honey mustard?? I heard in the background that he did not speak English. If you can't speak English how can you read an order and know what to put? The lady told me they can make a new sandwhich for me but I don't have time to go back and forth. Should have known not to order a subway in a Walmart... never coming backEDIT: I had ordered on the app and the lady already voided the transaction. Disciplinary action needs to happen to the male sandwhich maker. There was already a bad review about him and this is the second one. Please hire people who know how to do their jobs. And fire those who don't!!!

Literally here as we speak, staff is super kind and quick. They do always seem busy though, so I can imagine there is a wait from time to time. So be patient folks, they're trying!

I was greeted warmly upon entry. I ordered a foot long Italian BMT on wheat bread. I ordered a fair amount of veggies on it. And the lady working made this entire sandwich in no exaggeration, 15 seconds. I've never seen anything like it!!! I was in and out of this location within a minute. On top of the great service, the sandwich was delicious!!! Everything tasted so fresh!!!Highly recommend this location.

By far the worst subway around. I only go if the kids ask for it when I've been to Walmart. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. I've never had to repeat my order so many times or had employees roll their eyes at me 10 times when ordering.I once had the older man put only 1 blob of cheese on my sandwich. When I asked oh I only get 1 slice? He huffed and showed me it was 4 slices, but down in the SAME spot ‍ Another time someone took 10 minutes emptying the drink machine , completely ignoring the growing line. She also burnt my sandwiches in the toaster (like full on black!) and when I asked her to redo them she rolled her eyes and huffed.All the veggies are mixed together - onions in the lettuce, jalapeños in the onions etc. it's not that hard to pick up what you drop! Also funny how they have a sticker on the register that reads : 'for questions and concerns' .. and no manager name or number - I bet he was getting bombarded with calls and took it down!? There's literally another location across the street. We're just gonna head over there from now on.

This place effin sucks. I can see why it was only 2 stars. Went into Walmart to pick up some dog food and motor oil, and thought I grab a sandwich on the way out out of convinence. That was a big mistake.They heavily short change you on the ingredients. Will never order from here ever again. WOuld much rather order from the deli counter at Walmart or I normally go up the street to the Subway in the Ralphs shopping center. This place could EAD.

Thanks for responding and addressing my concerns in the previous review I posted. I can't wait to order from here again now that management has properly addressed the months-old reason why I reviewed negatively in the past.

I ordered Turkey sandwich for lunch. For some reason something about this food was poisened. I started to get dizzy on my shift and feel like vomittinng. I had to hold on for an hour to get off from my work. I vomit four times when I got home. I couldn't eat anything all night. 11/07/2021
