This review is strictly because of our service- and both my husband and I are bummed we didn't get our sandwich artists name! He was extremely friendly, took his time on our sandwich, and made us want to come to this location more often. We truly appreciated his kindness and were both taken back by the great service. I came here about two months ago before noon to get some sandwiches before we hit the beach. Let me say I have never been to a Subway without swiss cheese and subway vinaigrette, two must-haves for my sandwich. The produce also did not look fresh at all, lettuce was browning and tomatoes were colorless. They seem like they're hiring or should be because there was only one lady handling everything, and the line got long after we left. Her service was good though.

This Review is for those using DoorDash Website,I tried to pick up my order , and they refused to give it to meEven when I showed a printout of the order.He told me to cancel, This Subway is very unfriendly towards customers, especially the girl who asked. They were of no help. You could see my order. For Pickup.If I could give them zero Stars I would. He acted like I was working for him. No Customer Service skills for him or the girl that was taking orders.

You'll absolutely love the bread choices you have here! (Assuming your choice is white bread) Have never once been here and had any other choice. When you inquire about other choices you're told how they're always running out of everything else and when you suggest they cook more of the other choices you get a look as if you've suggested the use nuclear fission to cook the bread. I won't be returning. 3 strikes and you're out...

This is one of the best subway locations. The sandwich was made perfect. Don't listen to all the negative reviews complaining about any little thing. 5/5 stars. The team working on 8/3 at 1 pm was great.

Understaffed. Always out of ingredients. Waited 20 minutes in line only to see a cockroach on the ceiling before starting my order. Nope. Will be calling OC Food Safety.

Shout out to Liz very polite and good attitude made a great sandwich. Also the store was very clean and I have to say the nicest subway I have ever been too

I use to think this was a great Subway and some of the adult women who work there are really great. However they have recently hired a bunch of teenage girls who are absolutely horrible. They mess up the in-person orders and over charge, on a regular basis. This time when they over charged me I got the receipt to prove the overcharge, and they stuck $4 in my face and waited for me to leave.

I came here and got a stomach virus/ flu. Have been in bed throwing up for 24+ hours now. Come here if you hate yourself and wish you were dead

AVOID this location : Like all the other reviews, this place is full of disrespectful employees. They make you feel like your hassling them to do their job, a lot of sighing, rolling eyes, & moaning about the entire process. Ive been here 2 times & both experiences were rude. Not only this but They also messed up my order on the second time. Save your time & go to any other subway on this planet because the reviews are true about the guy & the woman being blatantly disrespectful. Too bad i cant give 0 stars on this.
