Very friendly staff, Gensis's smiles and charisma is so inviting.This location is above average on clean, located in an interesting area. Some of the more rare cups are in stock here so if you have 400 stars come treat yourself!Pastries were all fresh and very good tasting I would definitely revisit and highly recommend this to everyone!

Visited after the renovation and the cafe was more spacious and organized than before. Also, it was brighter and cleaner. All the baristas looked very happy in the renewed environment.While I was waiting for my hot mocha latte, one of the baristas brought some samples and offered me. She even suggested what she thinks was really good. I would say their customer service has definitely elevated than before, which I enjoyed it very much.Not only the hot mocha latte that I ordered but also the samples were very pleasant. Looking forward to visiting them more frequently.

I can understand why this location has such a low review history. I should have checked Yelp before comity. I would not recommend coming here, go to a different location or a different franchise. I am a nearly daily Starbucks frequenter and I have never had an experience so horrible. I am not one to complain as I understand everyone works hard and most issues are not at the store level but I had to write a review so no one else goes through the same issues at this location.I was provided a fruit and cheese platter that had a broken seal, broken crackers and cheeses that are hard because it seems like they were exposed to air. It was like this was returned to them and they gave it to me. I also had an issue with a mobile order and instead of truly helping to make it right, we were met with an attitude of there is nothing we can do. No attempt to listen to the actual issue except provide feedback on something that I was not even saying was an issue. When we placed another order and paid with a card...our order was provided to us incomplete and I had to go back and ask for items. I truly love Starbucks but this experience has made rethink where I'll be getting my next coffee and I hate that because Starbucks has been the go to for over 15 years.

I am addicted to their bacon Gruyère egg bites. I have ordered them from other places NOT THE SAME. Fluffy, perfectly cooked and can taste the flavors, bacon, the smoke Gruyère.

Conveniently located near the 55 FWY on Newport Ave & Edinger Ave with drive-thru and plenty of parking, next to SubWay. We stopped here this Friday evening. I was surprised at the customer service from the barista working the drive-thru window... it's always an awkward moment being handed your cup of coffee without a "hello", "thank you," or any type of greeting (not a typical Starbucks service). Our coffee, however, tasted great. Other than the poor customer service, this is a good location.

I didn't eat here, but I stopped here about an hour before closing to use the bathroom, and it was one of the cleanest public bathrooms I've ever used, and I think that alone warrants a solid 5 stars.

Similar experience as Evelyn (the most recent review before mine). MANAGEMENT, it seems your staff is playing hooky. I see 3 staff inside. Yet your front door is locked. There's more than 1.5 hours remaining until closing. I drove out of my way here this evening to do some work. A major inconvenience.There's a sign at the door that says drive-thru hours are such and such. No mention that the regular area is closed. So I walked to the drive-thru area. The girl at the window says, "Sorry, inside is closed because we're understaffed." This doesn't make any sense. This is not a busy commercial area on a Sunday evening/Mother's Day. I saw several drivers park and looked puzzled as well. If you are going to adjust your hours, you need to update Yelp/Google. And also place proper signage at the door. It was not understaffed at all. This is not the Starbucks way. Corporate and the community is not pleased.

This place actually sucks. My coffee never tastes the same despite it being the same order everyday. When I order food. It's never how I ask for it. If I get there before my order is ready I realize they don't call out mobile orders as they should so I'm there standing waiting till I see an extra cup. Sad they closed the Starbucks that was down the street from this one, and that it's the only Starbucks by my job bc I keep giving them chances and they keep messing it up

To Julie who worked the drive thru on 1/7/24 around 6am I wanted to say thank you! My sister passed about 4 days ago and I had been having the hardest last few days. And I cried at the drive thru window and said thank you and drove off. But I wanted to say thank you again! Sometimes the little things like this mean the most to someone who is having a hard time.
