Starbucks

James was amazing!Obviously, this is a drive thru location. James was super kind and lovely. He kept the conversation going, and was simply amazing!My drinks were great. I've been to other new locations recently, where they haven't been up to par. Best location in town.

the worst experience i've ever had at a starbucks. to the girl taking orders on the drive thru mic on 2/15/25 at 7:35am, you have the nastiest most unwarranted attitude i've ever encountered. instead of prefacing with "hello" or "good morning", she immediately said "what's the name for the order". she continued to rush our order by repeatedly saying "anything else" in the most impatient manner after each item. not only was she rushing our order, but she was incorrectly entering items. for example, we asked for 2 cheese danishes and she only entered 1 & we asked for a tall beverage and she was going to charge us for a venti. she clearly got upset when i corrected her b/c out of the 4 drinks we ordered, my drink was the only one with a message and it sloppily said "morning". it's not our fault you have poor listening comprehension skills. if you really despise interacting with the public, why would you willingly choose to work at a busy establishment like starbucks? there are plenty of jobs where you can work in solitude, but i digress. also, why is she using numbers to spell people's names...

Another great local SB location.The service is great as always and the iced coffee was just as I ordered. I wasn't sure how it was going to work trying to come in off Old Irvine to get into the drive through, but luckily there weren't any others in line at the time...I hope that it doesn't get too crazy in line, but so far, so good. The drive through set-up is creative and looks like it will be effective by having 2 lanes entering on the right and then merging at the pickup window. It seems to work really well!

I've been to this Starbucks 4 times in the last few months. No joke - they get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don't order crazy combos either. This last time I ordered one of the winter specials hot. When I got to the window she gave me an iced drink. I said "this isn't my order." She gaslit the he'll out of me "yes it is. This is your order." I took a sip - nope! I had to circle back around and talk to the guy on the ordering mic area to get it right. Turns out my drink was right next to the girl at the window the whole time.

The good news is that it a drive thru (3 stars). The bad news is they don't quite get the coffee instructions right. ALL FOAM - NO MILK, means no milk, just foam from the milk on top of the espresso.Best go to the walk-in store at Larwin Square. Where the Baristas are better trained on making coffee with special instructions.

Didn't know this new location so I came to redeem my birthday drink and they were so sweet! Thank you to the staff!! btw it's DRIVE THROUGH ONLY

I honestly love this Starbucks so much! I can't even pick a specific employee because they're literally ALL amazing!!! They always get my order right and anytime I ask for any modifications they do it so perfectly without any push back. This is literally my favorite Starbucks to go to near my apartment! Super happy they opened this one up

This is a place where new drinks are always updated, the staff are friendly and always listen to customers' opinions and do exactly what is ordered. Feel comfortable coming here every weekend morning to enjoy one of their most delicious drinks

I go to this location at least once a week and order the same thing: iced brown sugar shaken espresso. The iced espresso tastes fine and today (09/02/24) was no different except my venti (large) was almost all ice and minimal espresso. It was like I ordered a tall (small) in terms of espresso and oatmilk with the rest of the cup of ice. Service is always quick.

Seriously, you would think that for how much they charge for a cup of coffee - REGULAR coffee that they could afford to have quality HOT COFFEE cups. I have attached just 2 pics showing the 'quality' of their product. I don't plan to return to this Starbucks. I just can't afford to have my truck screwed up by their coffee. REPEATEDLY. These pictures are from TWO different days. They continue to use BAD coffee cups that spill. I had one 'explode' in my hand because the cap didn't seal correctly so when I reach for it, the top of the cup just collapsed. Just ridiculous. You'd think that they specialized in the drive thru and would be better at this. I guess they are dicken with me. Because it seem like other folks have good things to say. Or they just don't get 'regular' coffee.
