At 8:10, all the chairs are placed on the tables. Stools are placed in front of the restroom to close it off. When I asked to use the restroom they told me the restroom is closed. It's clear that they want to get out at the close of business, 8:30p, not a minute later. and don't want people around. What a terrible impression to make on customers. You don't want their business because you're afraid there is a possibility you might have stay a few minutes later. Will never come here again!!

I don't know what going on recently at this location starting late November 2024. The drinks taste diluted. I don't know if it's the barista, ingredients or instructions.It used to be tasty, not anymore.I went to the Starbucks in Target and ordered the same thing, and it tasted like an actual Matcha Latte or a Hot Chocolate or any other Latte with a shot in it.

This location is the most convenient Starbucks for me. They are fairly fast. Iced lattes taste consistent. I would come here a couple times each week, and I've been coming here for years. Here are the three things I noticed. Would greatly appreciate it if management can look into #2 and #3. 1. Once I needed a place with power outlets to work for an hour, this is the only Starbucks that I can remember that blocks their power source on purpose. Guessing to minimize students working there all day. 2. I usually get iced drinks here. Multiple times I got hot drinks and they are 75% filled. It's a waste of my time to ask them to fill it up; if we are paying over $5/$6 a drink, would be great if they can be a bit more aware of things like that. We all know how full/empty a cup is when we pick them up. 3. What is up with hiding the straws so far behind the counter? I just need one so I don't risk spillling anything while I'm driving. But it wastes my time to wait for a staff to be freed up and come back to the pick-up area to give me a straw. The point of self pick-up is that I can be in and out quickly but I consistently have to wait for a person to give me a straw. You can still put them behind your counter, but put them where I can take one if needed and It's still within your visual supervision if that is a huge concern. Thank you for reading this.

Stopped here on my way home, got 2 grande drinks, one being an Iced chai latte and the other a Frappuccino. I went to use the restroom (which was absolutely disgusting to say the least) then came out to wait for mine and my daughters drink. Mine was up first, no biggie, thinking next drink would be coming up shortly. I waited another 7-8 mins before asking if my other drink was coming up. The girl looked at me like as if I JUST ordered it and said "It's coming..."While I wait, at least 3-4 other orders were pushed out that had been in a line AFTER I got my first drink. Never coming here again.

I'm the only guest in the store. I order one cold brew. I wait over 10 minutes because there a huge online order ahead of me that 3 baristas are working on. Why would you not prioritize the guest that's in store? It's one drink. This operation makes no sense.

The first time I came to this place quite a long time ago, there was a rude Manager. I decided to give this place another try and here I am putting up another review that Starbucks has not changed. I don't think they ever will because they don't respect their customers. They don't understand that the customer makes the business. If you don't respect your customers, we are going to vote with our feet and I vote with my feet that I'm just going to go across the street to Peet's coffee. You lost me Starbucks. I'm not coming back. Learn to give the people who make your business, respect, but Starbucks will never do that. It's become too damn big.

Starbucks used to be a place to enjoy your breakfast choice, smell the aroma of success and get your day started off right. I've been going here for years and I could feel the change in customer service. The staff here is rude, disrespectful and started my day off in a bummer mood. I'm not sure if it's the new young persons culture or if Starbucks allows this but they were out of line. This store only works for tips that they don't deserve. I tried to pay with a 100 dollar bill for a bill that was 60 bucks and they said they needed a smaller bill. I didn't have it so they told me to go some where else very rudely. They were mocking me in Spanish and I heard words that were unacceptable. They verbally got me but I'll never go back there again and neither will my friends and family.

I was just there and my wife ordered three drinks. While she was passing them out to us, one of our kids knock hers out of the carrier. I went back in to purchase another one and they took care of it for her. They didn't have to, but they did. That's customer service! Thank you Starbucks, you made my wife a happy camper!

Good Morning Would be the best way to describe my experience here at this Starbucks at 5:30AM I order a Vanilla latte and warm blue berry muffin for pick up just minutes before I drove up to this Starbucks and when I did my vanilla latte and blueberry was ready the young lady's were putting the chairs down still getting the store in order but they all received me with a Good Morning it's hard enough to be active that early in the morning but to be positive and ready as and employee even more and to transmit that energy to your customers is even more challenging so got to give this store a positive high five
