My last exp at this location would earn it a 1-2 star, why am I back? I forgot it was this store and this is the one right next to my sister's house so I mobile ordered in only to realize it was this store. Last time I was here was on a Sunday, the place so packed that my mobile order took over 20min. The place was packed like a sardine can. This location needs to be the size of the Wells Fargo next door and not a Jimmy Jones. No room to stand, everyone was waiting for their drinks and thus everyone was a bit ...peeve. Not a fun exp.This Monday morning, not packed! Showed up and my mobile order was ready the register guy and gal were greeting people coming in since there was no customer waiting in line Do we blame them for being so busy and not care about service? But knowing the place is going to be crazy, shouldn't management organize it a bit better make a bigger spot for this location

This Starbucks store inside Ralph's at the Woodbury community town center employed 2 horrible human beings. I went inside Ralph's to buy a chicken to make dinner. I brought along a bagel wrap in a small paper bag. Somehow, the bagel bag was wet and got a tear at the bottom. I walked over to Starbucks and asked an elderly female staff and a big guy white guy (must be the manager). I said "I am sorry to ask you this, but May I have a small paper bag. My bag here is wet and tear". They both stared at me and the guy said "we don't have a bag". The elderly woman jumped in and said "no bag". But all the while, there are paper bags hanging and placing near the cash register. I said sorry and took this picture to show that Starbucks does have paper bags but these 2 in-humans staffs are cruel to me during the Covid-19 pandemic and holiday season of 2020.

I visit this location about three times a week, they always greet us with a smile drinks are made really quick and very tasty..... drinks are always made right and the place is always clean !! Keep up the good work!

Stay away if want prompt service. Been here several times and only one older lady working. She's nice, but SUPER slow. Takes forever for her take orders and make drinks. They need more people or someone who can move faster. Feel bad because she's sweet (and literally about 75 years old) but poor customer service.

02/14/20 3:35 PM ok both the teller and the barista was extremely rude. When I asked for my order which included honey in an iced drink they both INDISCREETLY made a face right in front of me. I've made this order for years. You put the honey in first and place a little bit of hot water so it becomes liquid then make the rest of the drink, which I advised them. I think they saw I was visibly upset, so they upgraded my drink to a venti. I appreciate the gesture but first impressions are everything and that wasn't it.

This is a Starbucks kiosk inside of Ralph's. Whenever I go there the service is always hit or miss. This morning it was a miss. The person at the cash register charged me incorrectly, didn't heat my sandwiches up properly (they were still cold around the edges), and then wrote the no whip instructions so illegibly on the cup that the barista didn't realize it was there and I got a drink with whip even though I have dietary issues with dairy. They're not horrible mess ups, just a bunch of little things that I can deal with, but when multiple little things happen at one time, plus the fact that I always have problems when I order here (in fact I usually refrain from ordering at this location when I know my order is going to be a little more complicated than normal because I know the chances of them getting it right are much lower the more modifications or items I order), I thought I should leave a review so that management can try to improve the service or train their cashiers a little more. The guy making drinks was great and knew what he was doing - the cashier just needs more practice or training, or something. It's like she's just guessing how things are supposed to be done and she actually has no idea.

It is really hard for me to understand why Starbucks has such a bad service attitude. Everyone has no smile. They obviously made a mistake with my iced mocha coffee and made it into an iced white mocha. I corrected them and they treated me very badly. I felt discriminated against, I showed her my page to see sure it wasn't my fault, she was impatient, and when she was done, threw the iced coffee at me, I threw it back, the coffee spilled all over the floor, they can see To surveillance, how I was treated, I just did the same thing she did to me, and I was still holding my baby, really incomprehensible

If you have spare 2 mins, then go to Starbucks across the parking lot where service is good, namely Woodbury Town Center Starbucks.In Ralph's Starbucks you will find a mediocre service with arrogant attitude. I ordered Iced Latte without ice. They forgot and put ice. Ok, fine. I ordered another cup. Second time they forgot to add the two shots of coffee. However, it is all mentioned and recorded on my Starbucks app. When I returned and asked that they forgot, they refused to acknowledge that.I thought to save my time while shopping at Ralph's. Instead I spent more time and more money.

Wow... worst service. ADRIAN berated me infront of the whole store it felt - all because I asked for a double undertoe - he didnt know how to make it - he complained to his co-worker very loud - how it was a "fancy shmancy drink"... needless to say after that brow beating - I decided to take my business to another shop that'll appreciate my money.
