Starbucks

I've been giving Starbucks a hiatus lately as they are just not consistent and I always walk out thinking I wasted my time and money. I think this location is the anomaly. I can usually get a good cup here and rarely am I disappointed. The staff is friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating. Casual.I usually mobile order and then sit for a spell. I always try their seasonal drink.

I came here after work to grab a drink and to pass some time before getting dinner at a nearby restaurant. Per the usual, I placed my order on their mobile app before going inside to wait for my drink. My salted caramel cream cold brew was on par with what I'm used to getting at any Starbucks. Inside was a bit crowded, but I was able to find an open table outside to enjoy my coffee and the nice weather.

I've noticed that this Starbucks closes earlier than 8 pm. I suppose if business is slow, it may not seem worth staying open until 8 but then they should post their summer hours as 5 am to 7:30 pm.

Tough location. Lots of traffic. Employees work through a lot of people. You got to appreciate them.

Bad customer service!!!An employee name Kayla even rolled her eyes. I told her I've always ordered a grande mocha Frappuccino in a venti cup with extra ice. She gave me my order in a venti cup with extra whip cream. She said, they won't fill up the venti cup with extra ice. I talk to the Manager, Makenna. She backed her. I've been going to Starbucks for many years. This is the first I've heard it cannot be done.The attitude is also unnecessary, maybe Kayla needs to get her eyes check!As a follow up on my one star review when Kayla and Makenna, Mgr. said it cannot be done... Things can always change, but I had good experiences here. Barista Shelby was very nice and and helpful with recommending items.

The food and coffee is terrible. All the employees treats you like animals. The music made me get a headache. Worst area ever

I had a great experience here recently. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the staff. There was no wait, which was nice because I expected to have a wait with it being around 10-11am. I was first helped by a barista, and then by the manager, Jesse. He was friendly and accommodating. I had a transaction to make and he was quick and attentive to my questions, as well as helpful throughout my check out process. Thank you Jesse for a positive experience at your store! When I visit a Starbucks Coffee again, I will be choosing this location for their great customer service!
