Worst Starbucks ! No hi no customer service , an Asian guy was very rude didn't let me use the bathroom , even though I told him going to buy a coffee ! the manager was worst ! Asking me to calm down or I leave the store and I was very calm when I was trying to ask for Starbucks phone number ! ! I had to call the corporate phone number to report this toxic and rude behavior ! Never going back again ! Worst Starbucks ever !

Stopped by to pick up some coffee for my grandma and myself on a Saturday morning. Great experience!It's not far off the freeway and there is a parking lot so was easily able to jump out and order. My grandma can't have a lot of sugar but it was her birthday and really wanted a pumpkin spice latte. The girl at the counter was SO helpful customizing it for us so that she would still be able to enjoy a pumpkin coffee but not get sick from it.Really great service here :)

Good service, clean location. Didn't wait in line for too long for my turn to come. It was easy to locate and good amount of parking. Ordered Iced Caramel Macchiato on the app, got my order and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Barista helping me was super nice and friendly.

Running into Target for a pharmacy pickup, felt a little woozy from running low on fuel. I decided to try to get something hot to eat right away. Starbucks is the only option left for hot food ready to eat. Boy what a disappointment. Seriously understaffed, they had one dude serving everyone in line. I had a big bill left in my wallet and nothing else as I don't like to charge credit under $10. They didn't have enough change to accept it. Forced to pay with credit when I didn't want to. Strike one. Or was that strike two since service was super slow due to there just being one dude working. Okay, that's strike two. Strike three was the dude lying to me telling me the green tea matcha was sugar free. I ordered a small one and it's extra sweet. Their condiment and napkins section was completely empty so I asked the dude for a napkin. He asked me if there wasn't any in the dispensers and I told him there was nothing in any of them. He mumbled something and I was left standing there waiting for a response or for him to hand me a napkin. And still I kept waiting and waiting. Finally I asked him if he had a napkin and he said they're out. I mean maybe just tell me instead of letting me stand there until I get pissed off? Wtf. The sausage McMuffin ripoff I ordered was hot at least but tasted mainly of chemicals. I didn't expect it to be great but it was pretty disappointing even with low expectations. Avoid this place even if you're about to pass out from hypoglycemia. I've lost count if how many strikes they have from this one visit but you're better off grabbing a bag of chips from the snack aisle. Regrets, so many.

I have visited this location so many times. While they are friendly, there are definitely issues with the baristas following directions. Starbucks, please teach your employees to read the directions on the cup. This is super simple, a no foam latte. What do I get? Almost two inches of foam on a tall latte. Prices continue to go up and quality continues to go down.

Hi i was there lately and the servis was suck! The didnt have kids cup and the side they brought for my 3 year old doughtier was so little ! I ordered fruit and they just brought 4 little pice of not fresh fruit !! Guys? Its around christmas people are coming over so u want to make people come back to ur restaurant u need to be more concern!!

I visited the Westpark location in the afternoon with a gift card. I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino and a breakfast sandwich. After ringing up my order, the cashier informed me they were out of chocolate chips but would try to make the drink as close as possible. He was very kind about it, so I didn't mind. The total came to $12, and my gift card had $10 on it.Since I only had a $100 bill for the remainder, I handed it to the cashier. He asked if I had a smaller bill, but unfortunately, I didn't. He told me he'd check with the manager to see if they could accept it. When he returned, he said the manager refused. I explained the sandwich was for my daughter and the drink for my wife and asked if they could make an exception. He went back to check, but the manager still declined. I then requested to speak with the manager directly.When the manager came out, her attitude was shockingly dismissive. She asked, "What's the issue? We don't need to break your hundred." Her tone was unprofessional and disappointing, especially given how patient I had been throughout the process.I mentioned I might have $2 in quarters in my car and asked if she could ring up the order while I retrieved the change so my family wouldn't have to wait longer. She refused, saying, "Nope, I'll ring it up when it's paid." I then asked if I would get my gift card back if I canceled the order since it had already been thrown in the trash. She responded with, "Oh... well, it's in the trash."At this point, I asked for her name, and she said, "It's Kaiana. Make sure you spell it right--K-A-I-A-N-A." Her tone was unnecessarily rude and condescending.I ended up paying the remainder, but honestly, I didn't even want the food at that point. I was concerned about the quality, given her attitude. As she turned away, she whispered something to the cashier, and his facial expression noticeably changed. It was clear he felt uncomfortable, and her behavior was unprofessional.The cashier handed me my food and apologized sincerely. He was incredibly kind and tried his best to help. Frankly, he deserves to be the manager, not her. The experience was disappointing, and I don't think I'll be returning to this location.
