Starbucks

I like coming here people do not likeTo be bothered! Before Covid it wasDifferent it had some good people To hang out with they all moved! NowPeople just hustling or waiting for Someone! It is time for back to thePool for me!

We went to this location around 8 am today. I'm just dumbfounded that we got our drinks for about 5 minutes and the cake pop has not been ready. So I told the orders dispatcher or the one who is standing outside the counter and organizing the orders, I'm waiting for the cake pop. She said she (I think it was the person warming up the food) will get it ready for me. I waited for the person warmed up about 10 food already and she hasn't put any cake pop in the bag. So the dispatcher went inside the counter and put the cake pop in the bag and hand it to me. What I didn't like was she had to tell her co-worker about my complain and was pouting while she was handing to me the cake pop! It wasn't busy at that time and those who were supposed to pickup the mobile orders were not even there!

One of the busiest Starbucks in Orange County and they have three people working the entire store. The store routinely has lines of 8 to 10 people. I've been in line for over five minutes and moved one person up...two people ahead of me 4 still behind me. Employees are working their butt off, don't hold anything against them, but obviously management has issues with staffing. The cashier is making complicated teas and multi component coffees just to keep up, leaving the register empty for a minutes at a time.

The bathroom is absolutely appalling. There's literally blood on the toilet. I can't believe a multi billion dollar company lets this kind of stuff slide. They should hire cleaners daily (we all know that is perfectly possible without cutting salary). But if the bathroom is this bad, i can't imagine the kitchen. Wouldn't eat here or pee here.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks. They're so nice to me and always provide the best service. Not sure why others have less than perfect experiences here. Maybe they should check their attitudes at the door. Also Sylvia has a great smile!

I usually go to this Starbucks for brunch on the weekends, and it's always very busy and crowded with people every time I go.Since there aren't enough tables inside the store, I always drink coffee at an outdoor table.But even though this Starbucks is always busy, the staff are friendly so it makes you want to come back again.

Customer service is very poor here. No eye contact. They are annoyed with you. I feel bad for these teenagers. They don't want to be here.

The worst of the worst, Starbucks.I waited 20 minutes for my drink, and it wasn't even a busy time. I've never experienced such terrible service before.I'm never coming to this store again--Starbucks is the worst.

Today, we ordered two drinks from Starbucks and waited 25 minutes, but our order never came. I went to the counter to order more items and asked the cashier about my previous order. She checked my 30-minute-old order and told me it would be ready soon.After waiting another 15 minutes, I decided to check the other orders. That's when I discovered that the person responsible for placing drinks in alphabetical order didn't even know the alphabet! I had to explain to her that 'Pia' does not belong between 'H' and 'M.' I even took a picture of my items placed in the wrong spot. Instead of apologizing, she casually said someone must have pushed my order.To make matters worse, when my final order arrived, she deliberately placed it in the wrong spot again. This level of carelessness and refusal to acknowledge mistakes is incredibly disappointing.Starbucks is known for its brand experience, but with employees like this, it falls short. No one should have to drink a hot coffee that has been sitting out for 30 minutes because of such negligence.Good luck with staff like this!

Every single time I come to this store I instantly regret it. The food always tastes burnt and disgusting. They make my drinks wrong every single time and take more than 30 minutes to make one drink I ordered. First time I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and it tasted so bitter and with no flavor whatsoever. I couldn't even drink it not to mention that it took 25 minutes to complete. The second time I came I ordered a strawberry aci with no water and it was all watered down, after I waited 15 minutes. I asked if i could get it fixed and the barista rolled her eyes and said no because it won't change anything, it's made like that. The third time I went because I was desperate and running late, I ordered the gingerbread chai iced and it took more than 30 minutes to make my drink..... after I ran out with my drink I realized it had no gingerbread in it at all. It would have been better if I went somewhere else. The employees are so rude and have the worst attitude I have ever experienced at any Starbucks. They have no compassion, have such mean girl attitudes, and basically throw the drink on the counter in annoyance. I would rather be late than go to this store again.
