Stacks Pancake House

I typically don't like going places that are overhyped, but this meal was so good and so worth it! Although the lines seem to be out the door, it went very quickly. We had our food super quick as well, and everyone was so friendly. The food was delicious! We were able to snag a table inside, but I can see that seating could be an issue here. I got the eggs, Benedict with pork, and my hashbrowns a little bit well done. Highly recommend ordering them a bit crispy! Also had a couple bites of the Ube pancakes, and they were so good warm!

I came in right at opening on a Wednesday morning. Everything on the menu is an available and the service is great. You order first and then the food gets brought to your table. I ordered a plate with kalbi ribs, fried rice, and macaroni salad. I also got a side of kaula pork. Unfortunately the food was way too salty and I think they cooked it in way too much soy sauce making the bites into the ribs unpleasant. The macaroni salad was not great, hard noodles and bland. The pork was a bit better and you got a good serving for a side order.Other than that maybe other items are better, maybe I'll try pancakes next time. The restaurant is very clean and in a mall so plenty of parking. I also liked they played music with explicit versions lol

Sunday brunch at Stacks was too good! Got here around 9:30 am ish and was surprised there wasn't a longer line to order! It was our first time here so we got the corned has beef loco moco and kalua pork eggs benedict with their hawaiian coffee (not pictured) Each dish was incredible! However, the potatoes on the eggs benedict could have had some more flavor. Just enough gravy and beef has with tasty cooked scrambled eggs. You order at front and take a number to whatever table you prefer, we chose outside seating since the weather was nice and the inside was a bit small. Highly recommend to try out for breakfast!

Usually I have good experiences here in person but do not order for take out. I ordered pancakes and requested multiple sides of maple syrup for them, and even a little extra just in case there wasn't enough and they did not give me any at all. I feel like at that point they did it on purpose! Such a let down.

I remembered going to one of the locations and it was super busy. I just don't remember what i ordered. I didn't know there was another location literally one exit away and so I was happy that I had another one closer. This place was so good. I had the kalua pork eggs benedict, the Hawaiian Latte, and my friend got the waffle and chicken and something else I forgot. But we loved everything. It was so good and I definitely want to try more dishes like their pancakes. The other place had other items that had oxtail. I definitely wish this location had it. Very small restaurant for dining in and every table was taken.

I came here with my family for breakfast and was curious to see how similar it was to the Irvine location. I'm happy to say that both are very good! There was a bit of a line to order since this is an order and seat yourself restaurant. The workers were super nice and were quick to clean and serve the food when ready. I ended up ordering the chicken katsu curry with scrambled eggs and shared some tater tots and strawberries and cream pancakes. I enjoyed the chicken katsu curry as it had ample amount of curry and served right away so the chicken katsu was not soggy. The strawberries were super refreshing and the pancakes were nice and fluffy. The tater tots had the right amount of salt and crunch so there were no complaints there.The ambiance was very inviting and family friendly so it was very ideal for a weekend brunch with the family. I would say both this location and the Irvine location are very good and to try both if you get the chance!

Surprisingly not too crowded on a Sunday around 12. Still a bit of a line, but you order at the counter and then find a seat which is really fast. There's like 3 cleaning staff so tables clear quick too. Plenty of parking due to the chill plaza, better than the other location ( popular grocery/ omomo). Pricing is okay, thick portions for the pricing that is shareable. I was so surprised the food came out like 5 minutes after we sat down. Hamburger Loco moco: it was okay, a bit salty. One big flat patty with egg on top however you like it. Gravy on the runny side. Works well with some ketchup. Banana Nutella crepes: giant portion with lots of whip cream, not the crispy thin kind but typical American brunch style. You can probably split with 3 people. The whip cream melts fast so maybe get it without the cream lol Premium orange juice- still sweet but has the fresh oj flavor. Decent size for price as with their lattes as wellThe omelette was also a decent portion. This place doesn't have the most aesthetic food, but you can have spacious outdoor seating and fast service. The only concern you may have is that it's hard to get items after you leave the counter, the servers only focus on delivering food / the counter may have a line. But you can just take the takeout boxes or what's needed. There's self serve water cups inside. I would come back again and try more classic American food :)

Quick sit down and eat place. I had high expectations for this chain because I've heard many people say good things. I ordered the Portuguese Sausage and Eggs. The food was okay. Nothing stood out in particular to me-just a standard breakfast place

This place is a small spot. You order before you sit down so it was a bit different than expected. Let's start with the food. The service is what it is. The loco moco. To be honest, coming from Hawaii, i was a bit disappointed. The meat was overcooked and dry. They stacked it with more rice than anything. The sunny side up eggs were a bit undercooked. The gravy wasn't too bad. I give it 2/5.The crab Benedict was flavorful and delicious. Wish it had more crab. I felt like I got skimped on the crab. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. The garlic sauce meshed perfectly with the eggs. I def give this a 4.5/5.The Spam Msubi was very good. It was super saucy but Ong it was good. I def recommend getting this! 5/5.The last is the Nutella strawberry crepe. This is good for two people. It was huge! Very sweet and it tasted perfectly. I give this a 5/5.

If something is wrong, ask for a manager. My turkey sausage patties were spoiled. It is too bad the kitchen served something as awful as this. The server didn't care.It is hard enough finding a kitchen to eat at....now I have one less. I cannot trust this kitchen any more.At least I can still drink the coffee there. I have finally stopped getting rid of the sausage that I ate, and I am feeling better.
