Sophia's Donuts & Sandwiches

Love this place! This is my family's go to for Sunday morning donuts and breakfast burritos. The staff are very friendly and their Vietnamese Iced Coffees are great.

This was a super cute little donut shop. I believe they had two maybe three tables inside the shop. It was more geared towards taking your order to go. We asked the girl behind the counter what were her favorite items. She had mentioned the ham, cheese and jalapeño croissant. So, we opted for two of those and just a traditional glazed donut. Both were very fresh. The glazed donuts had that thin crust on top and a moist center. I really enjoyed the jalapeños in my ham and cheese croissant. I would definitely recommend this place and will stop in again on our next trip to see family.

Sophia's is great and that is due to what they offer as far as donuts & breakfast eats but also because of the excellent customer service. We stopped by on the way state beach for a bonfire later in the day but wanted to bring donuts & breakfast for my cousins who got up early to reserve the fire pit. I got a dozen assorted donuts and 2 dozen donut holes. I also got a #10 bacon & egg bagel (no cheese for me that am) for $6. It was a perfect breakfast for an early morning at the beach. I also ordered: #2 bacon, egg & cheese croissant ($5), meat lover breakfast quesadilla ($9) which has ham, sausage, bacon, egg & cheese and a bacon, egg & cheese breakfast quesadilla ($7.75).Everyone loved their breakfast croissants, bagels & quesadillas. And the donuts were a hit at the beach. I got everything from old fashioned glazed & chocolate to sugar raised twists and blueberry cake donuts. The glazed donut holes were gone quickly. People loved em. The staff was super friendly, helpful and patient with us first timers. They even put a glazed donut hole in each of the paper bag that held our breakfast sandwiches & quesadillas. That was a nice touch and we certainly appreciated it. We will be back for sure. We recommend Sophia's for sure whenever near HB or Westminster. There are a few small tables inside and come counter seating. There are bottled drinks in their cooler and they also sell lotto. Plenty of parking in the shared lot.

Absolutely love this place-- it's my go to breakfast spot! If Seaside Bakery is too far for you, come to this spot with similar prices but better tasting items!I always get the egg cheese breakfast burrito w/ hashbrowns included ($6.50), egg cheese bagel ($5) & egg cheese turkey croissant ($6). The Java Chip Smootjie ($6) tastes exactly like Starbucks' Frappes except it has big chocolate chip chunks-- highly recommend.The cheese is super cheesy and the egg is super fluffy. I personally like this place due to the clean taste- it doesn't stick to your tongue like other places. The price is super affordable and with every purchase, they throw in a few donut holes in your bag- so sweet of them! The owner and her staff are super sweet and I love seeing them every time I come!

Ok I think I found my new "go to" donut spot.Walked in at 9am on a Tuesday morning, greeted by the friendly woman who told me to take my time since it was my first time here. She recommended the Vietnamese ice coffee which I did order & It wasn't bad but it was more on the strong coffee taste side than sweet, just fyi. I ordered the #2 breakfast sandwich with mayo and It was good. Not the typical microwaved eggs you'd get from other donut shops but a fried eggs & bacon. Yum!It also came with 2 donut holes tucked inside the sandwich bag and the donut holes just melted in my mouth lol super soft and not so much "bread" if that makes sense lol so good!The donuts shop is clean and well organized with plenty of parking spaces. My daughter and I wanted to try a new donut shop in the area. With Yelp's help, we found this near Bella Terra. This a cute donut shop - clean, well organized. They have indoor or outdoor sitting options.This little donut shop it has donuts, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches smoothies as well as lunch options. But were there for the morning donuts only. This review is only based on the donuts experience.The service was friendly and they do offered coffee to go with the donuts however we already had coffee from another coffee shop that does not have donuts. They have some cute donuts that are eye-catching like the pink glazed topped with Fruit Loops it looks like a Homer's Simpson donut. It is cute and makes cool picture.The Custard Filled Chocolate donut was a big surprised it did not have much custard inside.The 3rd donut we got for later was aChocolate glazed donut was just ok, Overall the flavors were not there It just had a different flavor. The donuts do look delicate and eye catching but, As the saying goes not everything that looks good-taste good.Sophia's Donut shop does have other options if the donuts are meh, can try their breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwich, smoothies. Great little donut shop that provides friendly service, fresh donuts and breakfast. Everything is priced fairly . I usually go here for the meat lovers breakfast burrito but they also have breakfast bagels, croissants, and even quesadillas. Definitely try this place out if you haven't

LOVE LOVE LOVE this shop!! It is my go-to spot! Right around the corner from my work and always DELICIOUS. Donuts are amazing, breakfast sandwiches/croissants/burritos are all SO SO good! Can't recommend this place enough! Try it and you'll see

Customer service was very good. Great people behind the counter. I ordered a good amount of breakfast to go and got some free donuts. Make me really like the customer service. Food was good as well. Specially the croissant sandwiches. Donuts were delicious. Very tasty on the inside. Small place but does have tables to eat inside.

I usually don't get too excited over donuts. They're donuts for crying out loud. There are donut shops on every other corner. Having said that; this joint is no run of the mill donut shop. It's more than just donuts. Good variety of breakfast type choices on their menu. Service is friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Clean.And, the irony is that I have been here several times and not once have I had a donut. Nope. I've sampled a few of their filled croissants and breakfast sandwiches. Got me a regular coffee on a few occasions. If you like pepperoni, their pepperoni/cheese croissant is nice.And.They dish breakfast burritos. Can I get a cheeehooo! Good stuff, cut in half even (breakfast burrito fans love that), decent salsa. Eggs, hash browns, cheese, meat. Very ergonomic size, too.All very good.One more Cheeehooo! There it is.
