Cute place with parking - a rarity in Newport! I'd give it 5 stars, but my cioppino was cleared while I went to the bartender, so I only got to enjoy a few clams for dinner :( Shoutout to Daniel for being a solid bartender though.Edit: The owner kindly and swiftly reached out to resolve the issue so stars have been adjusted.Edit 2: Wait, no, my credit card is showing I got charged $67.70 for a $38 cioppino...?!

Beautiful and cozy ambience, great service and amazing food. I was out with my colleagues for dinner and decided to try this place out and we weren't disappointed.

Great place. Been there a couple times. The service and food are both excellent. Plenty of parking and you will leave with a smile on your face guaranteed. I myself had the Beef Bolognese, French bread and of course my ice tea. For desert, I finished with the Ice cream cookie. I couldn't ask for a better meal. Thank you Sol Grill I will definitely be seeing you again.

Service and Ambiance was great, and the food was excellent. The hot fresh house made bread is so yummy!We started with the seared ahi tuna, which was delicious, and the clam steamers. The clams were the only thing we didn't like here, they tasted bad, like sour or rotten. The 3 people who tried them did not like them. Our mains were swordfish, lemon rosemary chicken, fettuccine jambalaya, and the arugula salad add salmon. Everyone loved there main dish. Great flavor and quality.

Ryan was our server and he was amazing! So attentive and fast! Food was great too! The view was stunning and drinks yummy!

The staff went out of their way to make my son's birthday dinner amazing. From the moment we entered they were so welcoming and kind. This won't be the last time we dine there when we're in town.

Sol grill is my FAVORITE spot for a girls night, especially in wine Wednesday!! We love the sangria!! My favorite dishes are the meatballs, mushrooms, salmon caesar, and bolognese!! The owner, Misty, is such a gem!! Amazing hospitality and the best service!! 11/10 recommend.
