We came in as a large party of 18 people, which can be a challenge for any restaurant, but the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us with patience, professionalism, and a warm attitude that truly made a difference. From the moment we arrived, he ensured that everything ran smoothly, handling our group with ease and making us feel welcome the entire time.As for the food, perfection, as always! Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was the signature pancakes, the savory eggs benedict, or the creative twists on classic breakfast favorites, everyone in our group left happy and satisfied.The combination of top-tier service, incredible food, and a welcoming atmosphere makes this location a must-visit. Came here for a breakfast meeting. We were a group of 9. The food was very good! I ordered the chilaquiles. It wasn't a huge portion but the plate was very hearty. I did not leave hungry. I tasted my co workers pineapple pancakes and it wasn't too sweet. Was very good. This was not my first visit to snooze. The reason for my only three stars is due to how slow the staff all move. This has been my experience the other three times I've come. If you're coming on a Saturday morning and have lots of time to spend I'd suggest coming here. The staff are definitely not too worried about bringing your check. I will say the slowness will not keep me from coming back. I just won't suggest it as a meeting place for my staff.

Joined the waitlist around noon as we were driving over and were seated around 12:25, so if you time it right, you won't have to wait linger than 5 minutes. I had the jalapeño and cheddar omelette, a new dish, and it was just okay. I enjoyed the kick from the jalapeño cream cheese that was dolloped on top of the omelette. Otherwise, it had a little too much mushroom. The hashbrown was also not very crispy or seasoned. The pancake flight was delicious. I like the fact that you can customize the pancakes or even sub french toast instead. My favorite was the strawberry shortcake with the little crumbs of graham crackers. Sweet, but not too sweet.Service was quick and friendly per usual. ***note you get a free pancake flight if you download the snooze app, but the reward is delayed by 4 hours. Great breakfast spot in the Orange Circle! I've only been on weekday mornings, but it was still pretty busy!Really good coffee, I enjoyed the mocha! They also have some other lattes that sounded interesting!They have really good pancakes and a good variety of traditional breakfast favorites as well! I got strawberry shortcake pancakes on my last visit, but they had the option of a pancake flight which was intriguing.You can join the waitlist online, I imagine that would be super helpful on a weekend! They also have online ordering if you wanted to do takeout. It is pretty cute inside! The whole Orange Circle area is very charming.

I've been here a few times, absolutely love the food...and may do takeout in the future. The service is slow, had to get other servers attention to get refills on drinks. The music was so loud it was hard to talk to someone across the table, and when we asked if it could be lowered we were told they would ask the manager, but likely not. I won't be rushing back, which is sad because it's so tasty.

Love this place! I had the Snooze Classic for breakfast. The eggs were fluffy and tasty with a packed circle mold of hash browns that had a nice flavor to them, along with crispy bacon that had a nice crunchy chew, topped with a slice of rustic bread and jam. I love their rustic bread! A nice cup on hot green tea with honey to top it all off just hit the spot perfectly. Excellent service! Decent prices. Sometimes there is a wait but it's worth it. Parking available in nearby structure or streets.
