Silverlake Ramen - Huntington Beach

Parking can be a bit tricky, especially on weekend evenings, so I recommend arriving early or being prepared to circle around a bit. That said, the Bella Terra area is really nice, and Silver Lake Ramen's location fits perfectly within the vibrant, laid-back vibe of the area.The ambiance inside is just as enjoyable, with a cozy and modern feel that makes it a great spot to unwind. The service was normal. As for the food, it was fantastic. I opted for extra chashu, and it made all the difference. The ramen was rich, flavorful, and had a perfect balance of textures. It was definitely a unique ramen experience, and I loved it.I'm already looking forward to coming back for round two!

Silverlake Ramen... hmmmpfh. Is the only emotion I can muster when I leave this place. the smells and sights are so wonderful yet the meat and broth is so tasteless and chunky that I regret my experience each time.I feel like it is appropriately seasoned for the likes of Huntington Beach, and of course, Silverlake. would not return here again anytime soon unless I hadn't eaten in a few days, but I am glad they are able to expand and maintain their popularity.service is always on point and never disappoints; unfortunately it doesn't make up for the lackluster plates. cheers!

Got here on a Saturday night around 6 and you can put your name on the waiting list via app while you find parking in the busiest of busy parking lot. Ramen was what was expected and someone in our party got the spicy, and it was nice too. Portion sizes seem to have gone down a bit but that's to be expected. Ordered the fried gyoza and yeah, go with grilled, fried wasn't the one. Food came out quick was hot, good service and cool interior, they have one big open door so if it's cold outside it's cold inside too, not used to that with ramen places. Always a go to spot but somehow becoming kinda average.

A great place in Bella Terra to get your ramen fix. We had a variety of ramens, alongside the Soboro bowl.I got the Shoyu on Fire, which was very decently spicy. Highly recommend if you need a good kick!Service was quick, and the ambiance is typical of the Silverlake Ramen franchises :)

Why would a guy who doesn't particularly care for ramen come to this ramen shop? For the fried gyoza and karaage chicken!I visited on a weekday in the middle of the afternoon when it wasn't busy. They're located on the backside of Bella Terra mall in the Garden area. They have indoor seating and a large outdoor area to sit too. I sat in a booth and ordered the two items I mentioned above from the appetizer section of the menu as well as a Calpico to drink.The fried gyoza, with pork filling, was excellent with the outside being slightly crisp. The chicken karaage had a very crisp coating and the chicken was mostly moist although two or three pieces of dark meat were tough. The aioli sauce for dipping both plates was okay but I'm not too big a fan of spicy sauce for these items (especially for gyoza). Service was quite pleasant and prices were reasonable. I've been to other locations and didn't think food-wise this one was as good as the others. 3.5 stars rounded up.

Likes:+ Delicious ramen. I like the broth.+ Good amount of indoor and outdoor seating.+ I like that in the to-go order the different food parts are compartmentalized so that you can heat the broth separately and mix everything, including the dry seaweed, together when you're ready to eat. The food is better eaten when broth is sizzling hot.+ Polite, helpful service.The meat was pretty good. Yummy and fatty.Non-likes:- Their DD page should clearly specify that their location is Huntington Beach [see screenshot]. I ordered here via DD thinking I'm picking up at the Barranca Pkwy, Irvine location (only 2.7 mi away, like the app said). Turns out the pickup is changed to the HB location (11 mi away). My eye missed this important detail. Wound up driving extra far, spending an extra half hour.- For $19, not enough meat.I had:$18.98 Blaze (Pork, #3) + tax= $20.55

The ramen itself is okay, it's not that great in my opinion but the portion is huge though. Service is very fast and staff members are very nice. This location is pretty nice considering it's in HB. I had got their tonkatsu ramen for lunch, I got a combo with the karage chicken which was very yummy. Enjoyed it more than my ramen.

I feel like the quality can vary at different Silverlake locations, but I really enjoyed the ramen here. The service was nice & fast, which was a plus since we were trying to make it to a movie right after. The tonkatsu with pork is my go-to, and I thought the broth was super flavorful but not too rich. The noodles were soft & the meat was tender. Great place in Bella Terra to get a fast & high quality bite to eat!

Classic ramen broth was creamy and flavorful. Noodles were cooked well. The pork was a thicker cut, yet still tender. Service was great, with food served quickly, even with how busy they were.

Love this place so I went to another location in HB. Crowded for a Monday night. Love the yellow lights and signs above your head for added ambiance. Had the classic with pork and a side of spicy tuna roll. Both hit the spot like always with great flavor just how I like it. I will continue to visit this place since it's local and always fills my ramen craving.
